Ccleaner is without a doubt one of the most necessary software for anyone working from a computer, it offers us simplicity in its platform, guarantees a noticeable improvement, as well as the ability to uninstall any file or program we don't need. The most relevant and important aspect of this tool called Ccleaner is that it allows us to perform a detailed analysis of our computer and system in order to detect and eliminate temporary files that enter our system without us noticing and that could affect the functioning of our equipment. It also has a control panel that allows us to see which programs we have installed and how frequently we use each program. Through this function, we can remove and add programs more quickly and easily. What I like most about Ccleaner is that it is a very easy-to-use program, as just by opening the interface you can access the tools that Ccleaner provides you as a user. One of the tools I use most frequently is the one for cleaning the cache and temporary files that are stored on my computer and only take up space that I could use for more important things. Another important tool that this program has is the ability to see which programs I have that can be updated, thus providing me with a better experience by keeping me updated all the time. I can also remove programs that I no longer need in order to free up space on my hard drive.

What I don't like about Ccleaner is that many of the best tools are reserved only for premium users. However, in the free version, there are many that can be utilized. Another thing I don't like is that whenever you perform an analysis, it asks you to close the browsers, and that's something I don't like because I'm usually doing something important on the computer. Ccleaner has allowed us to optimize our equipment at the company level and at the personal level, so we can protect them from temporary files, obsolete files that generate slowness in our tools that we use for our management at an operational and administrative level, making the best solution is that our LDA team generates updates in off-hours thus allowing proper operation; additional allows to validate the downloads made that are executed by the local user, generating a greater control of the management developed by our collaborators. The main limitation that Ccleaner had was its compatibility for different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Opera and Crytotap), this also generates some crashes of the same tool at the time that it is providing its scanner service generating a well-known error such as C00000021A What we could identify is that this happens when an update to the Ccleane is performed. however, IT Support has given us the most support to solve this, with support within its response SLAs. I really like that this program is easy to use. Once I download it, install it and start cleaning my computer. The first thing it does is delete the history and cookies, which take up unwanted space on my computer. Then I can clean the logs and this makes my computer go faster. Many times this program asks for updates very often. I always agree to update, but I realize that the changes they make after each update are not very important, which makes me think why so many updates are needed.
