Catermink Reviews & Product Details

Catermink is catering management software that runs the entire catering job in one place, from the first customer inquiry to the final invoice. It is built specifically for catering businesses, so the whole workflow of an event lives in a single system instead of being spread across spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. Most catering teams still manage orders manually. Details sit in different documents, quote versions clash, and shift planning happens on paper or in someone's head. There is no single source of truth for an order, which leads to mistakes, endless back and forth, and hours of admin every week. Catermink removes that friction and gives the whole team one shared view of every job. With Catermink, catering companies capture and manage inquiries and orders in one place, build and send professional quotes in minutes, and let clients request catering through an inquiry form embedded on their own website. Teams plan shifts and assign staff to confirmed events, share checklists for the crew, and keep every client and contact in a built-in CRM. Built-in analytics cover part-time payroll, order volumes and forecasting, and any data can be exported to CSV, Excel or PDF. Catermink is a good fit for dedicated catering companies as well as restaurants, bistros and venues that run significant catering alongside their core business. It suits teams that take orders through their website but still finish them over email and phone, and want a proper system to manage the load. Unlike a restaurant point of sale with a catering module bolted on, Catermink is designed around the catering order lifecycle from end to end: inquiry, quote, confirmation, execution and invoicing. Every plan starts with a full 90-day trial with no credit card required, and includes onboarding plus email and phone support so teams can get up and running quickly.
