Managing a project can be quite complicated, the accumulation of documents, papers, drafts is sometimes exhaustive and overwhelming, this tool greatly simplifies all this, because in a screenshot you can have a vision of the project, as well as the actions of the collaborators, modifications, adjustments, fulfillment of tasks, etc. Perhaps what I like the most is this, being able to simplify everything in a tool, besides the possibility of tracking the tasks assigned even in times, associating it with the Google calendar, this is just another element in favor, the link with other tools such as Dropbox, Box and Google. What has not been totally pleasing, is that it does not adapt to your project, but to a certain extent the project has to adapt to the tool. Maybe when you have projects with a lot of specificity it is not as effective, for this reason we use it for simpler projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
