As a podcaster, I've been a Castos customer for four years and have nothing but good things to say about the company. My shows upload quickly, and the customer service is especially great - on the rare occasion that I've needed support, staff responds personally to submitted technical inquiries in a timely fashion. I'm really enjoying castos at the moment, I love that you can have multiple podcasts and it's easy to share, however I do with it had automatic sharing of podcasts for Apple and Google because there was a slight learning curve for adding the podcast to those platforms and now I have loads of random accounts.
