"Economical and effective way to forecast cash balances."

What do you like best about CashFlowTool?

For $38/month, you can very quickly find out what your cash needs are. In the past, without forecasting, we judged our cash needs based on how nervous we were. Using CashFlowTool, we were able to see that we didn't need as much cash as we thought, which allowed us to close an equity round. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CashFlowTool?

The UI needs some work. For instance, on the Cash Flow Details page, only a small amount of screen space is devoted to the transactions, resulting in a lot of scrolling. Also, the Excel download is not editable, and even difficult to save. But these are minor points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CashFlowTool?

Managing the cash flow, transactions, Vendor Management, invoicing, Payments, Receipts, etc., and recording all the trades at the exact location is a very tough task. Specialized Finance executives are required to manage all these transactions and records. Thanks to this tool help manage such transactions easily and help the system notify the financial numbers and receivables. It helps in the management of the cash management and records all the trade with all the related details. It helps management to make the necessary financial decisions in real time. Overall it supports all sorts of tax systems and local guidelines for the VAT & GST. There is a specific tax rate to add, and in every Invoice, the parameter to add manually. All other functions work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For single or multiple organizations, the vendor management, and their payments need to reconcile every day. The cash flow needs to be notified for the higher management to get aware about the costs & receivebles, and filing of tax as per government bodies is very important. This tool helps manage all the transactions records at the exact location in all the finance and accounting reports generated.
