## About Carvikon
Carvikon is shop management software built for collision, mechanical, tire, wrap and detail shops. It replaces the paper work order board and spreadsheets with one live production board that shows every vehicle and the stage it's in, so dispatch, techs and the front desk are all looking at the same schedule from a phone, tablet or shop TV. Each shop's board arrives pre-named for its trade (for a body shop: Scheduled, Dispatch, Repair Plan, Body, Paint, Assembly, Calibrations & Sublet, Cleanup, Final Inspection), and every stage can be renamed to match how the shop already talks. One repair order is one card. When a card moves stage, Carvikon can text or email the customer automatically, send an e-signature repair authorization to sign from a phone, and log it all to that vehicle's history in a lightweight built-in CRM. Beyond the board, Carvikon includes online booking and a calendar that writes onto the board, a QR-code time clock and timesheets, in-app card payments with payouts to the shop's own bank account, automatic Google review requests, cycle-time and bottleneck reports per stage, and, on the Elite plan, an AI Front Desk that answers the shop phone, checks a vehicle's status and books real appointment slots. Carvikon is built to run alongside estimating platforms like CCC, Mitchell and Audatex rather than replace them, so shops that already pay for estimating and payments there don't pay for a second version of those tools just to get a working production board. Plans start at $39/month billed annually (Starter: the board, CRM and scheduling), with Pro and Elite adding customer texting, e-signatures, payments, time clock, reporting, QuickBooks sync and the AI Front Desk.
