**What do you like best about Cartful?**

Cartful are truly fantastic partners, and what really sets them apart is their outstanding customer service. The team is friendly, highly knowledgeable and always quick to jump in whenever we need support. They’re proactive, dedicated and consistently go above and beyond to help us navigate our business needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, their customer service is genuinely unparalleled. 

Their Cartful Studio tooling has been a huge win for us, and we’re very pleased with the upgraded experience. It’s configurable, incredibly user‑friendly, and has made a real difference in our set up and maintenance workflow. Cartful handled the entire integration and setup seamlessly, getting us up and running in no time.

Overall, Cartful has proven to be an indispensable partner, and I look forward to continuing our work together.

**What do you dislike about Cartful?**

One area worth noting that could be improved is image uploading within Cartful Studio. At the moment, its not possible to upload multiple files at the same time, and it would be great to have that option. I believe this work is already something in the pipeline however- the Cartful team are very receptive to any feedback shared and are constantly tweaking the configuration to ensure the very best experience!

**What problems is Cartful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cartful supports product discovery and education, helping guests find the product that suits them best in a fun, interactive way.

**What do you like best about Cartful?**

First off the support team is top notch. This makes adopting the tool so easy. I'm also loving the new UI for brands to control and build new quizzes to support their business. From a conversion POV the Cartful quizzes always deliver - set your conversion goal and the quiz will provide!

**What do you dislike about Cartful?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I’ve been using Cartful for a handful of years, and with the tool’s new direction, it’s only gotten better over time.

**What problems is Cartful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product helps my customers find their way when it’s very hard to visually define the differences beyond cosmetic appearance of our products. It also will be leveraged to help customers understand delivery capabilities.

Cartful has been a strong and reliable partner. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with, especially when it comes to understanding our business needs and adapting to our timelines. 

Communication has been clear and collaborative, and they’re proactive about identifying opportunities without being overly pushy.
We’ve appreciated their flexibility, transparency, and willingness to meet us where we are in our roadmap. Overall, Cartful feels like a thoughtful partner rather than just a vendor, and we value the relationship.

**What do you dislike about Cartful?**

No major gaps identified to date; success is largely dependent on roadmap alignment and internal resourcing.

**What problems is Cartful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with maintaining our quiz prior to Cartful and it took many hours to update 1 thing since it constantly had bugs, but now we can reach out to the Cartful team for any updates needed and even brainstorm with. The results have improved conversion rate and team efficiency.

**What do you like best about Cartful?**

The Cartful team has been an excellent partner. They are consistently helpful, quick to respond to support questions, and always go above and beyond to ensure their clients have the support they need, even if that means building something new.

Having worked in Cartful Studio over the past few months, I can also say it has been a strong tool for building quizzes. Once you become familiar with the Studio setup, it is straightforward to build quizzes and get them live on site. We’ve seen strong results from the quizzes built in Studio.

**What do you dislike about Cartful?**

I know more detailed Studio documentation is already in progress, and I think that will be very helpful. That said, I’ve never been without support when questions come up. I’ve also shared feedback on one or two things regarding Studio functionality, and I’m confident the team has taken that back to engineering for consideration.

**What problems is Cartful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cartful, especially Studio, makes it easy to test quiz formats against each other to measure KPI's due to the relatively quick set up. This helps us better understand what kinds of quizzes and content will make our customers convert more easily.

The idea itself is simple but the results far exceed expectations. We've seen 2x increase in conversion with customers who engage in the quiz through Cartful. Not to mention the 1:1 support in creating and fine tuning out product quiz. The team over there is really amazing!

**What do you dislike about Cartful?**

Nothing, the team there is always more than willing to help update or refresh anything that isn't working or delivering results.

We have a large category of backpacks and travel bags. Cartful helps a customer discover what bag is perfect for their use case. They offer product discovery that is challenging to create just on a PLP.

I've been working with Cartful for several years, and during that time I found Cartful to be an incredible partner.  Our Customer Success team was always responsive to our business needs, always trying to help improve our experience and super responsive.  In short, its the their customer support that stands out versus other partners I've worked with in the past.

**What do you dislike about Cartful?**

I will preface this by saying my company did not pursue the new imbedded quiz experience afforded from Cartful Studio, but the process for updating our existing experiences was a bit clunky.  I believe, from what I've seen demonstrated, that Studio solves those problems!

**What problems is Cartful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping identify key decision points in the customer journey for some of our hard good businesses.  Examples:  How to Find the Right Dog Bed, How to Find the Right Fly Rod.

**What do you like best about Cartful?**

What I like best about Cartful is their customer success team. One of, if not the best, vendor and partner I have worked with. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible, and always does a great job with ensuring quiz data and overall experience is aligned to the business.

**What do you dislike about Cartful?**

One area where I saw an opportunity for improvement with Cartful was around reporting—specifically, being able to easily access KPI data and other key metrics. With the option and transition of Studio, I am looking forward to having that information readily available and on hand, so I can review it whenever I need to.

**What problems is Cartful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cartful helps identify customer preferences from use case and style to who they are shopping for—while also supporting customers in finding the right pair for themselves.

I love that Cartful's customer support is amazing, always responsive and willing to jump in whenever we need help! I'm looking forward to utilizing more of the new studio features since we have just started using it! I am very satified with Cartful :)

One thing that would be helpful is having more visibility into the product's technical roadmap so we can align with our internal stakeholders to support prioritization on collaborations. With that being said, the team is always responvie to feedback.

I use Cartful for on-site quizzes as a product finder, which helps guests educate themselves on what product is right for them.
