What do you like best about Cartful?

Cartful are truly fantastic partners, and what really sets them apart is their outstanding customer service. The team is friendly, highly knowledgeable and always quick to jump in whenever we need support. They’re proactive, dedicated and consistently go above and beyond to help us navigate our business needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, their customer service is genuinely unparalleled.

Their Cartful Studio tooling has been a huge win for us, and we’re very pleased with the upgraded experience. It’s configurable, incredibly user‑friendly, and has made a real difference in our set up and maintenance workflow. Cartful handled the entire integration and setup seamlessly, getting us up and running in no time.

What do you dislike about Cartful?

One area worth noting that could be improved is image uploading within Cartful Studio. At the moment, its not possible to upload multiple files at the same time, and it would be great to have that option. I believe this work is already something in the pipeline however- the Cartful team are very receptive to any feedback shared and are constantly tweaking the configuration to ensure the very best experience! "Outstanding Support and a Great Tool for Building Successful Quizzes"
What do you like best about Cartful?

The Cartful team has been an excellent partner. They are consistently helpful, quick to respond to support questions, and always go above and beyond to ensure their clients have the support they need, even if that means building something new.

Having worked in Cartful Studio over the past few months, I can also say it has been a strong tool for building quizzes. Once you become familiar with the Studio setup, it is straightforward to build quizzes and get them live on site. We’ve seen strong results from the quizzes built in Studio. What do you dislike about Cartful?

I know more detailed Studio documentation is already in progress, and I think that will be very helpful. That said, I’ve never been without support when questions come up. I’ve also shared feedback on one or two things regarding Studio functionality, and I’m confident the team has taken that back to engineering for consideration. What do you like best about Cartful?

The idea itself is simple but the results far exceed expectations. We've seen 2x increase in conversion with customers who engage in the quiz through Cartful. I will preface this by saying my company did not pursue the new imbedded quiz experience afforded from Cartful Studio, but the process for updating our existing experiences was a bit clunky. What I like best about Cartful is their customer success team. One of, if not the best, vendor and partner I have worked with. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible, and always does a great job with ensuring quiz data and overall experience is aligned to the business. One area where I saw an opportunity for improvement with Cartful was around reporting—specifically, being able to easily access KPI data and other key metrics. With the option and transition of Studio, I am looking forward to having that information readily available and on hand, so I can review it whenever I need to. I really appreciate the support and interaction with the Cartful team, it's unmatched. The team is helpful and professional, always available, and their tool is adaptable and configurable.
