It provides transparent, easy to read information that helps us make informed choices about our carrier selection. **What do you dislike about Carrier411?** Very little to dislike... occasionally the site goes down (like any site), and there are limits to how many people can log in to one account which can affect heavily remote businesses. Other than those accessibility issues there is little to dislike. **What problems is Carrier411 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Carrier411 is solving the problem of carrier transparency - in this industry, a carrier's reputation is everything, and Carrier411 is how we check their reputation. It benefits me as a broker by allowing me to choose only the most reputable carriers for our freight. ### 3. Maybe once I know I'll be able to better answer this question. It's an easy platform to navigate, with information in easy places to find them. **What problems is Carrier411 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can immediately see if a carrier has the amount of active authority needed to move a load, or if there was a brief lapse, and then allow my compliance team to determine their eligibility. ### 6. Being able to see the freightguard reports is very helpful - not all of them are very informative but most entries have sufficient detail. **What do you dislike about Carrier411?** Wish that it was a required field for a carrier's email address to be included in the contact information. I work remotely, and it is HIGHLY annoying that I can only use Carrier 411 in 2 states. I live right on the border of NC and SC (in NC), and if I am working a few miles away from where I actually live I am unable to use Carrier411. **What problems is Carrier411 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Carrier411 both for finding contact information for carriers and to vet our carrier base. Currently we only use carriers that have been operating for at least 1 year, as well as some other factors, and we are able to get most of that information from Carrier411. ### 9.
