## About CarHand
CarHand is cloud-based management software for car, motorcycle, truck, bus and trailer dealerships in Brazil. Built inside a working dealership, it brings into one place what dealers usually track in spreadsheets, notebooks and chat messages. Add vehicles by license plate or a photo of the registration document and track cost, FIPE market value, days in stock and margin per vehicle. Manage consignment with the owner payout created automatically in accounts payable, register vehicle entry and exit in RENAVE (Brazil's national used-vehicle registry) straight from inventory, and issue NF-e and NFS-e invoices. Run plate checks (auction history, total loss, liens, theft, outstanding fees) and buyer credit checks, and generate purchase, sale, consignment, warranty and power-of-attorney contracts as PDF. The sales CRM organizes leads in a Kanban pipeline and receives leads from the dealer's website, which comes ready with live inventory, a WhatsApp button and publishing to Facebook and Instagram. Finance covers payables and receivables, cash flow, chart of accounts and a configurable P&L (DRE), with sale entries posted automatically, plus salesperson commissions, management reports and multi-location support. AI reads documents from a photo (plate, vehicle registration, driver's license, company registration card and third-party invoices) and fills in the records. Works on desktop and mobile.
