Since careem has started its services in our country made it easy for the people to have a special car or bike ride in no time if they need to reach the destination on right time. You just log in to careem app and start searching for the nearby available rides and select the one, no matter where you wanna go will lift you. The pilots are well trained and lagalized. The one thing I don't like is to pay high for a small ride, like if you are travelling to nearby destination you have to pay the prefixed rent+distance you travelled. We use Careem for transportation around the city for our field workers. Since it is hard to find parkingspots we found it easier to use transportation services. Careem offers the most flexible option and is also quite cheap. The app is really easy to use, just enter the destination and share your position and the taxi will pick you up. If you have any complaints regarding route, captain professionalism, cash back, discounts, time scheduling, car condition etc etc then Careem's customer support services people will look into that matter very serious to resolve as soon as possible. It can be used with poor internent connection too." 3.5/5 What do you like best about Careem for Business? I like the reward system started by careem, you get points for every ride you take. Being able to donate and plant trees is also a very good initiative started by careem. Also being able to save your "to go" places to make it easier to book rides is very appreciative. It sends cute, catchy notifications. You can put your location either in the search bar or if it's not showing your specific location, you can select your location manually. Sometimes number plate on rider's vehicle is different from the number mentioned on the app. The peak factor causes ride charges to increase way too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Try gaining gold status as it gives you more points. Rate the rider and complain if you don't like something so others can also check and see if they are paired with a good driver or not. Not having a personal vehicle, i book careem easily at anytime to travel where ever i want to go. Not having a personal vehicle isn't a big problem for me anymore. I no longer have to stop rickshaws and inquire them about how much they will charge as careem mentions the amount you have to pay. I get my pickup from home and drop off from home as well. The best part of Careem is AFFORDABILITY & superfast customer support team. Few issues like wrong GPS locations and disputable rides are charged beforehand and resolved only after reaching customer support.
