Careem is the most affordable and convenient application i have ever tried. I use it on a daily basis here in Dubai to go from home to work and vice versa. Careem drivers do not transfer extra money to the wallet if the customer does not have change. Instead, they keep it to themselves, and the customer support is extremely poor, they dont listen to the customer or support them, knowing it's their driver's fault.So Careem isn't reliable.
