Family transportation my mother and sister usually travel alone, so I was always concerned about the safety of my family Careem has provided a safe and secure environment during traveling to my family. I remember once I forgot my mobile in the careem car considering the regular taxi system I cant not imagine getting it back as I don't have the contact number of the driver nor does he have any of my personal information so that he can contact me to return my belongings but due to the careem I was able to get my mobile. I contacted the driver via his phone number provided by careem and the driver was very coperative he came back to the point where he droped me and return back my mobile. Its been almost 3 years I am a routine user of Careem Services. They are providing extra ordinary services in terms of in-app and customer service as well. I really like their point system which you may redeem with other offers or even to donate to support noble causes i.e. free education to tree plantation. Careem is my favorite mobile app for transportation or using careem box to deliver items, or careem food for food orders and delivery. Careem maps became very accurate, and captains can easily reach your location without any delay. They usually have offers and deals, so you always have the chance for free food delivery or a discount on your order. A wide range of restaurants and grocery shops make it ideal for nearly everything. Subscription is free. Perfect customer service. Something I have to say is that careem must force all the restaurants to put images for all items to make it easier for the customer.
