CardTraq Network Fee Tracker Reviews & Product Details

CardTraq is the payments economics practice of CRG, focused on helping issuers, acquirers, BIN sponsors, ISOs, and fintechs understand and manage the full economics of card payments. CardTraq encompasses a combination of software platforms and advisory capabilities spanning card network (scheme) fees, interchange performance, network compliance, and cost governance. This includes SaaS platforms for network fee tracking and network compliance, as well as structured analytical frameworks used to assess pricing, allocation, and recovery of network and interchange costs. The practice is designed to address areas of payments economics that are often fragmented across finance, operations, compliance, and product teams. CardTraq helps organizations gain visibility into how Visa and Mastercard fees are generated, how they evolve over time, and how operational behavior, program enrollment, and network rules influence overall cost. CardTraq is used by payments organizations seeking to treat network fees, interchange, and compliance-driven costs as managed unit economics rather than opaque overhead, supporting more informed decision-making, pricing discipline, and ongoing governance.
