CarCEO - Car Rental Management Software Reviews & Product Details

Customer profiles keep ID details, past rentals, and notes together. Checking history before handing over keys is faster and more reliable than searching old chats or folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Importing older customer data from spreadsheets still requires cleanup. Planning a clean migration saves time later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about CarCEO is how organized it makes daily operations. Managing reservations, vehicle availability, contracts, and payments is all in one place, which saves a lot of time. The dashboard is clean and not overly complicated, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable using it. I also appreciate that it covers the core features a rental business actually needs without feeling cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside is that some advanced customizations require a bit of a learning curve. While the core features are easy to use, digging into more detailed settings can take time to fully understand. There are also moments where small interface improvements could make navigation even faster. It’s not a deal breaker, but there’s room for refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vehicle availability and upcoming returns are visible in one place, which has cut down double-booking risk. Service reminders also help keep cars from sitting idle longer than they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bulk updates across many vehicles can still feel limited. When the fleet is larger, changing several records at once takes more clicks than ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
