Carbon Management Reviews & Product Details

Anvil Analytical's Carbon Management module gives procurement teams audit-ready visibility of their organisation’s carbon footprint down to their L3 across the supply base. We provide a detailed breakdown of CO₂e emissions at supplier, product, location, and L3 category level. Our methodology evolves with your data maturity. We begin with spend-based allocation, refine emissions using category-specific coefficients, and progressively increase accuracy through quantity-based and supplier-informed calculations. Over time, we'll work together to engage your suppliers and improve data quality, so that your emissions picture becomes increasingly precise. The module allows you to analyse emissions by spend, identify high-impact reduction opportunities, and prioritise mitigation initiatives. Built-in comparison views highlight supplier and country-level emissions differences within categories, helping procurement teams make more responsible sourcing decisions without compromising commercial outcomes. Anvil’s Carbon Management module focuses on surfacing practical carbon reduction opportunities, tracking progress over time, and supports structured mitigation project management. As with all Anvil modules, implementation is rapid and fully managed, with tailored support to ensure your carbon data translates into measurable, real-world results (typically between 2-4 weeks).
