CaptainTips Reviews & Product Details

CaptainTips is digital tipping by QR code, screen or NFC tag for service businesses: restaurants, bars, hotels, hair salons, beauty and spa, events. Guests thank the team in ten seconds, with no app and no account, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card; payments are secured by Stripe. Tips go directly to each employee, or to the venue that shares them according to its own rule, in line with French law. Every touchpoint is designed for the venue: custom supports in its own materials (glowing NFC token, bill-folder card, engraved counter stand in metal, wood or brass, room card, totem, screen), a simple and elegant payment page and a clear back office. In the same gesture, guests can leave a review, join the loyalty programme, discover the venue's storefront (menu, story, team) and answer one short question. Nothing to connect to the till: live in 48 hours with a temporary support. Pricing: free plan with no subscription for tipping and reviews (commission on tips received, nothing if nothing is received); Starter €39.90 per month; Premium €69.90 per month; custom for groups.
