"Fast, Reliable NX Integration with Easy Schematic and Wiring Diagram Extraction"
What do you like best about Capital?

Capital is fast and reliable to use. I mostly work on large electrical systems, and I spend a lot of time on NX integration and the data flows between the two. Extracting schematics and wiring diagrams is straightforward as well, with a clear, easy workflow. I also appreciate that it lays out options like SOAP and REST documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

Capital has been helpful for managing change and handling revisions. That said, it may not be the best fit for simpler designs, and it can sometimes feel more geared toward larger companies. Even so, I still think Capital is a solid overall option for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Reliable Platform with Solid Connectivity and Smooth Workflow Support"
What do you like best about Capital?

Fast and reliable platform to use. With the Capital Suite of applications, I can create desgins for any project. Connectivity is solid and supports a variety of use cases, while also integrating well into existing processes. The workfloe support between tasks is clarr, which helps keep my daily work routine work smooth and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

I find your service management very easy to use and genuinely good. However, on the server side. I ran into a few issues with 1 moth and 2,3 days auch as changes in the backed team. I understand its important to keep the work running smoothly, bit please also keep users informed when these kinds the work running smoothly, but please also keep usera informed when these kinds of changes happen. "Detailed schematics at scale with smooth NX integration and practical component reuse"
What do you like best about Capital?

I mostly work on large electrical systems, so I needed a tool that can handle that scale. The schematic tools and wiring views are detailed enough for everyday work and hold up well in daily use. We also rely heavily on NX integration and the data flows smoothly between the two. Reusing conponents is practical, especially once the library is stable and well organized. What do you dislike about Capital?

As new users, we struggled a bit at the beginning. We also noticed a slow response when switiching between modules, but over time the experience has been great anf its been worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rule-Based Design Checks and PLM Integration Keep Our Engineering Teams Aligned"
What do you like best about Capital?

We use Capital in a fairly large setup with multiple engineering teams involved. Whats works well for us are the rule based design checks and the way it flags inconsistencies early in the process. The integration with PLM tools also helps us track changes, which matters a lot when requirements keep shifting. Once you’re familiar with the workflow, extracting schematics and wiring diagrams is straightforward and the resuable componets help support a consistent configuration managemnt process across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

Capital performance can lag when I’m working on heavier desgin tasks and the UI feels overly complicated. It really needs improvement and it could be refined to make the experience easier and more intutive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Capital Streamlines Complex Schematics with Strong NX and SolidWorks Integration"
What do you like best about Capital?

Capital is a powerful tool I’ve primarily used it for schematics and harness desgin and it manages complex setups without much issue very few problems. It also helps centralize the broader systems engineering approch, which keeps our work consistent and alignedacross the team. The integration with tools NX and SoildWorks is a advantage, since we don’t have to recreate desgins when moving between platforms. Once you’re comfortable with workflow, it noticeably speeds things up and makes daily work more efficent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

Random pop-ups sometimes break my flow, especially I’m working on tight deadlines. I also run into a lot of internet facing issues where there isn’t enough proper customiaztion, and that ends up affecting performace as things scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Open, Standards-Based Integration Across Engineering Systems"
What do you like best about Capital?

Capital covers a broad set of needs, from logical desgin all the way through harness manufacturing. I appreciate that it supports formats and can connect to other engineering systems without imposing too many restrictions. The documenation is easy to follow and clearly outlines options like REST, SOAP AND HX2ML. That openness to intrgrating with in house solutiona is a real advantage for me when I’m making architecture level decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

Capital has been helpful for managing change and handling revisions. However, parts of the documentation could be clearer, because I ended up learning on internal knowledge more than I expected. It would also be much easier if integrating Capital with other enterprise systemswere more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Capable Capital with Strong Traceability and NX Integration"
What do you like best about Capital?

I’ve been using Capital to managing wiring and harness desgin and once everything is properly set up and configured, its both fast and very capable. It also lets you establish a common environment that can be shared across different desgin teams and products, which helps keep the work consistent from one project to the next. The cross module traceability is a standout benefit as well, since you can track changes from the schematics all the way through the desgin process. Integration with NX is another major, when you’re collaborating closely with mechanical teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

Capital Initial setup Fast, but migrating older data and building a solid componet library still take real effort. The sheer number of modules can also slow overwhelming at first, particularly when you’re trying to understand how traceBility works across them and how everything connects end to end. "Mature Tool for Managing Complex Electrical Data and Reusing Designs Efficiently"
What do you like best about Capital?

What I appreciate most is how well it manges complex electrical data without everything turing into a mess. The data driven approach makes it much easier to resuse desgina from one project to the next, which saves time and keeps things consistent. I also depend on the reporting tools because they streamline desgin review and help move them along faster, it comes across as a mature tool thats clearly been around in the industry for a long time. The integrations with simulation tools are another plus, since they make validating desgins more straightforward than way we used to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

Performance could definitely be better. When I’m working on larger programs, it can lags at times, especially during data heavy operations and it feels slower than I’d expect. Even so, Capital is still a good option overall for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Capital Keeps Electrical Data Connected Across Design to Manufacturing"
What do you like best about Capital?

We use capital daily across our design and manufacturing teams and it’s become the backbone of how we manage electrical data what i value most is how it keeps everything connected from earliest design decisions right through to final build outputs so handoffs between stages feel smoother and more reliable. I also appreciate how open it when it comes to integrating with other software as well as our inhouse solutions, which makes it easier to fit into our existing workflow. It handles complexity well too, especially when we’re working with large harnesses. On top of that having consistent data across teams is a major plus and helps keep everyone aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital?

Capital features aren’t very intuitive at first unless you’ve already spent some time with the tools it becomes easier to use over time and you can customize how it works through APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
