Candhrly Reviews & Product Details

Candhrly is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting platform for lean hiring teams. Candhrly combines candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and hiring workflow in one place, and uses AI to read and score resumes so recruiters can identify strong candidates faster. What Candhrly does: - Applicant tracking: manage candidates through a visual, drag-and-drop hiring pipeline. - Job postings and application forms: build branded job posts and career application forms without code. - AI resume screening: automatically read and structure every CV, then score each candidate against the role's must-have criteria. - Candidate evaluation: rate candidates with structured scorecards, team reviews, and honest fit indicators instead of fake match percentages. - Screening signals: surface each candidate's strongest skills with evidence from their CV, and flag risks such as overlapping full-time roles. - Interview scheduling: book interviews with calendar integration and shareable scheduling links. - Offer management: send digital offer letters with online acceptance. Candhrly is built for recruiters and small to mid-sized recruiting teams who want applicant tracking and AI-assisted candidate screening in one tool, without relying on keyword matching alone.
