I have been using CampusKnot for over three years to promote engagement while teaching my accounting course. I appreciate the straightforward setup process, where the CampusKnot support team was incredibly helpful, scheduling a Zoom session to guide us through and promptly addressing any questions we had. This made the setup experience smooth and stress-free. During online teaching, it can be challenging to ensure student engagement, but CampusKnot's live polls and live attendance features have been invaluable. These tools not only help me track each student's participation easily but also allow students to receive real-time feedback, which encourages them to stay focused on the lecture. The AI-generated question feature significantly reduces my effort in creating polls by generating questions automatically from lecture notes. Furthermore, the combination of a user-friendly interface and strong customer support has left a positive impression on me. Whenever I encounter an issue or have a question, CampusKnot's support team assists me immediately, showcasing their commitment to excellent customer service. The platform makes it easier to create questions, summarize answers, and manage student performance, enhancing the overall teaching experience. Having the option to include both incentivized and non-incentivized questions is particularly helpful.
