The customer support is also hyper-responsive and very helpful as well as supportive in improving my course material to best utilize their tool. **What do you dislike about CampusKnot?** At the moment, it does not integrate with Canvas, which means there are a few extra steps involved when finalizing grades or trying to keep all student grades organized in one location. **What problems is CampusKnot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for an online solution that would allow me to poll students and encourage their participation during class. Having the option to include both incentivized and non-incentivized questions is particularly helpful. Additionally, it provides a platform where both my students and I can pose questions to the entire class. It's not great for submitting assignments and such, as it is meant for more short kinds of responses. **What problems is CampusKnot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me keep track of attendance and participation, especially in large classes.
