CALL Reviews & Product Details

CALL by VSN puts AI agents on your phone line, WhatsApp and website chat, so every enquiry is answered whether the office is open or not. On the phone, the agent greets callers with your company name, understands what they need in their own language, and books the room or appointment. Names are spelled back and emails confirmed letter by letter. New enquiries from your website get a call back within a minute, and reminder and follow-up calls go out to customers who agreed to them. When a call needs a person, the agent hands it over with every detail already taken. Every conversation ends on a one-page written record for your team. Try it on +1 331 322 2896: ask for the Harbour House demo hotel and book a room.
