Outdated interface, must be run on Internet Explorer which is already obsolete. Lacks proper word processing capabilities, do expect horrendous looking electronic worksheets with page break, out of margin table issues. Often encounter bugs involving data connectivity to instuments. Data collection from non-Empower based instruments are limited to OCR reading of PDF files, by which only very simple tables without complex formatting can be supported. There are also various limitations in the software whereby the developer can only promise to implement in a future build without any commitment on the delivery date.
