Cakewalk has provided a single source of truth for company-wide access management and has made on and offboarding employees much more efficient while also enhancing security. The Cakewalk team is responsive and thorough and we appreciate the ease provided by the slack integration. We feel much more structured now when on- and off-boarding employees; it's much harder to miss any tools or accounts that need setting up or removing. The team are also super responsive when we have questions or need help. We're not making the best use of the Slackbot yet so our employees can request access to tooling in a structured way, but I'm excited to try that out, and to see what else Cakewalk have to offer in future! Cakewalk is always supporting and hungry for feedback, and support on short notice - no problem. There are constantly new features and they stick to their roadmap.
