cajeX Reviews & Product Details

Architecture governance has been broken for years. Reviews take weeks, knowledge is fragmented across Confluence pages and PDFs, and there's no audit trail when projects ship out of compliance. cajeX fixes this. The atomic unit is the directive — an approved, structured rule distilled from your standards documents that AI can apply at review time. Every governance module in the platform produces, applies, or audits directives. The AI Co-Worker works in two directions. Powered by Claude (Anthropic), it extracts candidate directives from your knowledge base — standards documents, policies, whitepapers — and proposes them for architect review and approval. When projects are submitted, it applies the approved directive set and surfaces violations as findings, each with severity, AI confidence score, and a suggested remediation step. The AI never auto-approves; architects stay in control of what enters the rule set. Every governance module modern teams need. Architecture Sessions with configurable workflow templates (Governance Standard, Agile Sprint, Minimal Review). Findings Management with full lifecycle from identification to remediation. Document Management with versioning, backed by Cloudflare R2. Reports & Compliance with Markdown/PDF export, platform audit logs, and GDPR request handling. Real-time Dashboards with drill-down KPIs across active projects and findings. Built for enterprises, regulated industries, and consultancies. Complete workspace isolation via composite partition keys and per-workspace AES-GCM-256 encrypted AI credentials. Enterprise SSO via Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SAML, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, and Single Logout. Bring-Your-Own-AI-Model with per-workspace API keys. Bring-Your-Own-Cloud — run the data plane inside your AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem environment for full data residency control. Open-standard webhooks with HMAC signatures, Stripe billing built in. Unlike traditional enterprise architecture tools that gate every feature behind a "Contact Sales" button and require six-figure annual commitments, cajeX has transparent per-seat pricing starting at $9.99/user/month, a permanent free tier with no credit card, and open standards throughout. No vendor lock-in. No proprietary diagram formats. No consultant-led implementations to start using it.
