## About Café QR
Café QR is QR-based table ordering, payment and loyalty software for independent cafés, coffee shops and small restaurants. Guests scan a QR code at the table to open a branded menu in their browser — no app download — then order and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Paid orders appear on a live barista screen organised New → Preparing → Ready. Each venue connects its own Stripe account, so card payments go directly to the business's bank; Café QR never holds funds. Operators manage menus, prices, sizes and modifiers themselves, and guests can opt in after ordering to build a first-party customer list the café owns, with WhatsApp and email offers built in. Pricing starts at £29 per café per month with a 14-day free trial and 0% platform fee.
