Built for growing shops managing multiple crews across concurrent commercial jobs. Includes unlimited active jobs, 5 office users, 20 crew leads, and unlimited cabinets. Adds SMS alerts on every flag, Procore integration (currently onboarding to the Procore Marketplace), Buildertrend integration (in development), manual data backup, and priority support on top of all Starter features.

Built for established commercial shops running large projects with GC reporting requirements and compliance documentation needs. Includes unlimited active jobs, unlimited office users, unlimited crew leads, and unlimited cabinets. Adds Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) integration (in development) alongside Procore and Buildertrend, automatic 90-day data backup, one-click backup restore, custom report branding with company name and logo, and dedicated support on top of all Pro features.
Annual Billing
All plans are available on annual billing at a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing. Annual subscribers are billed once per year and can cancel before renewal. Annual billing is the most cost-effective option for shops committed to CabinetTrak as their long-term installation tracking solution.
WI Member Discount
Verified Woodwork Institute affiliate members receive 15% off any subscription tier on monthly or annual billing. The WI member discount applies on top of standard pricing and remains active for as long as the subscriber maintains active WI affiliate membership.

Founding Member Offer
The first ten cabinet shops to subscribe receive Pro plan access at Starter pricing — $149/month — locked for 12 months. In exchange, founding members provide a written or video testimonial after 60 days of use. This offer is available for a limited time during CabinetTrak's initial launch period and reflects the value placed on early adopter feedback in shaping the product's development.
No Per-User Fees
CabinetTrak does not charge per user or per crew lead beyond the limits defined at each tier. There are no setup fees, no implementation costs, and no long-term contracts on monthly billing. Shops pay one flat monthly or annual rate regardless of how many installs are logged or reports generated during the billing period.
Free Trial
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access at the selected tier. Trials can be extended upon request for shops that need additional time to evaluate the platform across a real job. No credit card is required to start and no charges are applied until the trial period ends and the subscriber actively chooses to continue.
Upgrading Between Tiers
Subscribers can upgrade from Starter to Pro or from Pro to Commercial at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading is also available at the end of a billing cycle.
GC Platform Integrations and Tier Access
Procore and Buildertrend integrations are included on Pro and Commercial plans. Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) integration is included on the Commercial plan only. Starter plan subscribers who work with GCs on Procore or Buildertrend can upgrade to Pro at any time to access those integrations. There is no additional charge for integrations beyond the plan subscription fee.
