What do you like best about CA View?

This approach enables me to know exactly what is going on across our mainframe environment at any one time, and prevent problems escalating when they occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CA View?

The trouble with that is there are too many simple tasks that are not automated. CA View is very good in monitoring while in cases where one needs to restart hung jobs or reconfigure resources, it has to be done through a manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CA View?

CA View allows you to build your own technique in Excel. CA View's modular design enables you to change, add, and delete quotations for future projections. Very adaptable. I love scope lines with quotes, photographs, etc. Child fields hold subcontractor quotations. I can turn them on and off to quote. Excellent service! 85% of calls are answered. He'll call back. He'll fix most issues via phone! He'll fix it and return it if he can't. That's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CA View?

It has a steep learning curve! But Customer service is excellent! The report system isn't user-friendly, although it may be customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CA View solving and how is that benefiting you?

We required an integrated solution to present metrics on a dashboard. We tried this with Tableau and had to hire consultants to get our visualizations working. We had nothing five months in. After two days of CA View, we had the graphs we needed to illustrate to our clients the full value of our product package. Day two. Amazing. Metrics for top dashers and bonuses for challenges to assist in identifying profiles for inactive dashers even on jailbroken or rooted devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CA View?

It is very user friendly and we are using Mainframe CA7 version. Job scheduling every other operation is going smoothly with is CA version. we have been using it for a long time now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
