C-Ment Dispatch Reviews & Product Details

C-Ment Dispatch is dispatch software built specifically for small and mid-sized ready-mix concrete producers — typically operations running 1 to 15 mixer trucks. Most concrete dispatch software falls into one of two camps: enterprise platforms built for large multi-plant producers, which require a sales call, custom pricing, and weeks of training; or generic trucking and field-service tools that were never designed for concrete and don't handle mix designs, batch records, or multi-material inventory. C-Ment Dispatch is built for the gap between them. It's purpose-built for ready-mix — mix designs, batch records, multi-material inventory (cement, sand, gravel, aggregates) — but simple enough that a small crew can set it up themselves and be dispatching the same day, with no training and no sales call. Pricing is flat and public: $399/month, unlimited trucks, unlimited drivers, unlimited customers. No per-truck or per-seat fees. Sign up yourself and start a 30-day free trial. Dispatchers work in the web app. Drivers get a mobile app (iOS and Android) that works offline at the job site — because most concrete pours don't have cell service. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Job scheduling and driver dispatch - Mobile driver app (iOS + Android), works offline - Batch records with mix design management - Multi-material inventory tracking (cement, sand, gravel, aggregates) - Customer management - Truck maintenance tracking with task scheduling - Real-time job status updates from the field - Unlimited customers, jobs, drivers, and trucks BEST FOR Small-to-mid ready-mix concrete producers who are running on paper, whiteboards, or spreadsheets today and want dispatch software they can actually get their team to use — without an enterprise price tag, a sales cycle, or weeks of training. NOT BUILT FOR Large multi-plant operations needing deep batch-plant hardware integration and ERP connectivity — those are better served by enterprise platforms like Command Alkon or Sysdyne.
