I should say it is a One-Spot solution for me. **What do you dislike about BusyBench?** Since I like this tool personally however the product should be more flexible in terms of IOS enabling and also give users the liberty to work based cloud or locally. Sometimes due to connectivity issue, it gets stuck and consumes a lot of time for us to operate. **What problems is BusyBench solving and how is that benefiting you?** 90% of my headache is not resolved after implementing this tool to my business because I just need to share feeds with the tool and the rest of my job is already done. I just need to use the features which are helping me to focus on other activities like promotion, branding, quality, etc. ### 2. A cloud-hosted software that you don't need to worry about accessing anywhere, anytime! Comes with detailed documentation & online training for beginners to get started with it. It can be customized to match up needs in the areas of image uploads, signatures and printing labels on the repair work-orders. Managing smaller numbers of customers is easy while it can easily be integrated with Excel. **What do you dislike about BusyBench?** Customer support isn't great, not swift and one has to follow up via multiple mails. **What problems is BusyBench solving and how is that benefiting you?** we've used it for managing a small computer hardware repair shop where we get a small amount of repair work orders that need to be efficiently managed. ### 3. The customer support has been awesome in implementing their products into our everyday operations. The cost has been reasonable among its competitors. I see us having a long relation with Bisy Bench. **What do you dislike about BusyBench?** During our initial setup we experienced a couple of issues implementing their programs with our current one. I like how it consists of all the features to grow the business, some of them major ones being invoicing, ticketing, CRM, automated billing etc. **What do you dislike about BusyBench?** BusyBench Software works perfectly without any issues but their helpdesk leaves a lot to be desired. With such a good product, a customer expects immediate support as and when required. They take far too long to respond to the queries. **What problems is BusyBench solving and how is that benefiting you?** In BusyBench, we found a solution to centralize our marketing efforts and this solution has not only grown our business and revenue but also made our lives a hell lot easier. I expect more such positive changes in version 3.0 coming later this year. ### 5.
