**What do you like best about Built Simple?**

What I like best about Built Simple is its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is clean and straightforward, which made it easy for our team to start using it without much training. It helped us organize workflows and keep track of tasks more efficiently in one place instead of relying on multiple tools and manual follow-ups. I also liked that collaboration between team members became smoother because updates and progress were more visible across ongoing work.

**What do you dislike about Built Simple?**

One thing that could be improved in Built Simple is the level of advanced customization available for certain workflows and reporting features. While the platform is easy to use, it took some time to fully explore all functionalities and understand the best way to configure them for our team’s needs. Occasionally, a few integrations and settings could be more flexible, especially for teams managing larger or more complex projects.

**What problems is Built Simple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Built Simple helped us reduce the amount of manual coordination required to manage tasks and project updates across the team. Before using it, tracking progress and maintaining visibility across ongoing work was more time-consuming and scattered across different tools. With Built Simple, workflows became more organized, communication improved, and it became easier to monitor task status and responsibilities in one place. This saved time, improved collaboration, and helped the team work more efficiently overall.
