Building Plan Approval Reviews & Product Details

CSII Building Plan Approval System is an e-Governance solution designed to digitize and streamline building plan approvals for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), municipal corporations, development authorities, and government agencies. It enables citizens, architects, and engineers to submit building plan applications online while helping authorities manage scrutiny, inspections, departmental reviews, fee assessment, approvals, and certificates through a centralized platform. The system supports online application submission, digital document processing, application registration, and status tracking, improving transparency and reducing dependency on manual paperwork and physical visits to government offices. With Auto-DCR and automated building plan scrutiny capabilities, CSII helps assess building plans against configured building rules, development control regulations, plot parameters, dimensions, setbacks, floor requirements, and other applicable criteria. Automated scrutiny helps technical reviewers identify potential compliance issues and reduce repetitive manual checks. The platform supports configurable approval workflows to coordinate technical scrutiny, departmental reviews, inspections, and clearances involving departments such as fire, water, engineering, environment, and planning, depending on the authority's requirements. Officials can monitor pending applications, review progress, and track applications requiring clarification or further action. CSII also supports fee assessment based on configured parameters, online payment integration, payment status tracking, and transaction records. Following the required approval process, the system can generate configured documents such as approval letters, certificates, and inspection reports.
