BubblyPhone is a browser-based international calling service for people who need to reach landlines and mobile phones worldwide without installing software, configuring a SIP client, or signing a contract. Calls can be placed directly from any browser — no software to install, no desk phone, and no Google account required. Pricing is pay-as-you-go by the minute, with no monthly minimum and no subscription required to make calls. You pay only for what you use, and the per-minute rate is shown before each call connects. Beyond outbound calling, BubblyPhone offers dedicated US and UK phone numbers for receiving calls and SMS, AI-generated call transcripts, and live AI translation that allows both sides to speak their own language in real time across more than 60 languages. Native iOS and Android apps are also available for calling on the move. Common uses include support and sales teams calling international customers, recruiters screening candidates abroad, people keeping in touch with family overseas, and anyone who needs a second business number without carrying a second phone.
