## Bubble Reviews
  ### 1. I love it! Bubble for MVPs is a must!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Fantastic support and community!
Powerful editor.
You can build pretty much any app.
Great for MVPs.

Bubble changed my life. I quit my job to work as a bubble developer. I can build a tool in less than a week, test the idea and not get burned if it doesn't work.

I highly recommend it for startups!

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Honestly, I cannot think of anything. Everything that annoyed me was fixed or resolved by the bubble team. You can find any workaround with the freedom that the editor gives you.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I switched careers because of bubble. I am able to build MVPs and test ideas without hiring a developer.

  ### 2. Bubble is the toolset that levels the development playing field

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

I like the support team that are wrapped around Bubble, their developers feel like our extended team and their quality assurance is of a high standard.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

No perfect native mobile solution, but absolutely perfect for web based applications that scale.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a business software development agency that has allowed us to provide a more well rounded business solution to companies all over the globe. From start up's to the largest enterprises with plus 10,000 employees.

  ### 3. I am neutral about Bubble

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand H. | Founder & CEO

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Front end design as long as it is simple enough, ability to put together workflows with simple drag and drop and somewhat helpful logging functionality.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Too many black boxes ! I have been struggling to just get emails working with bubble for 3 days now. I have done all kinds of verifications but no emails are going ! Bubble support says ask SendGrid, SendGrid says 'we don't know' - at least give me another option other than SendGrid then ! Now my entire 2 months of work is struck due to this - imagine launching an app which can't send password reset emails. I removed the SendGrid stuff hoping Bubble.io emails will go. They are also no going !

Same with the data (thing) part. You do everything in parallel - that's fine. But I need some predictability on what you plan to do first. Simple Cascade delete in RDBMS took me 2 weeks to figure out in Bubble. Even now my app is shaky since inserting and deleting records take time. So for a few moments users do see inconsistent data.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need to know 10 programming languages and protocols to get a (partially working) app done. One person can do it. So lot of time spent on StackOverflow trying to solve issues is really saved.

Many information security issues seem to be automatically taken care of. So that's a big time saver.

  ### 4. Not for Startups Not for Solopreneur

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

used to have a great community, but most of them are leaving now.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Too expensive, don't really care about their small clients "Startups and solopreneur", they have increased their pricing 10X what we are paying now, and the way that you will be paying for your app is like punishing you for your users' engagement, so page view will cost you, if someone pressed a button it will cost you, and it is not even reasonable way it is way way expensive when compared to their competitor.
for example: Using Xano is 182 times cheaper, yes this is not a typo.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not beneficial anymore

**Official Response from Rosalie Chang:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry that you feel this way. We understand that changes in pricing can be disruptive, which is why we are providing an 18-month legacy period for existing customers; you’ll have the option to stay on your existing plan until October 1, 2024, with only a 10% price increase effective May 1, 2023. We feel confident that these changes will enable us to make Bubble even more valuable for you and the community in a lasting, scalable way. Additionally, with the recent adjustment to workload, most users should not expect to see anything close to a 10x increase in their total charges; I recommend reading (https://manual.bubble.io/account-and-marketplace/account-and-billing/pricing-plans/pricing-faq) to better understand the measurements and factors that contribute to the new pricing.

If questions arise at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at support@bubble.io – we’d love to continue the conversation with you.

  ### 5. Built my first app after only 1 month since I started to study bubble

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Razvan P. | Website Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Very intuitive, easy to use and clear processes. The thing I love most about bubble is how I can continue building my app, to improve it in the development environment while my clients can continue to use the app without knowing that something else is cooking for them. And then with one single click, after you finish testing, the NEW becomes LIVE and everyone can enjoy the last features added to the app.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

I am still struggling with the desing. Making my app responsive is quite challinging to be honest.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me built my apps with half the time needed if I would have done it with code.

  ### 6. Incredibly fast and powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

As a designer, this is the first time I feel so empowered, I couldn't find anything as powerful as bubble.io

Currently, we're building a two-sided marketplace where we allow users to upload their own content and we approve it before it goes online. It took us 6 weeks of learning and 8 days of working to build the entire marketplace and bring it online, we have tried to build something similar in the past and it took 3 months to find a suitable developer and another 3 months of building, you can imagine the cost.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

It requires a few weeks to learn, but with anything this powerful, this timeline is nothing. Consider learning coding to get the same results, you need at least 2 to 3 years, not 6 weeks.

One thing I would improve is the designs, but I am picky since I am a designer :)

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made it insanely easy for me to build a platform and work with users without needing anyone, I don't need a designer, a developer, a database expert, etc. I did it all by myself. And it is not just MVP, there are companies out there with USD 2.5 million yearly revenue and they're built on the bubble, one example is BetterLegal https://betterlegal.com/

  ### 7. The best amazing no-code tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhav B. | Entrepreneur-In-Residence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Flexibility + The ability to achieve greater things in very less time as compared to coding

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Cannot export the code.
Animations are not very much feasible. Basic can be done but not advanced animations.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to pivot super fast and try to build whatever ideas that we have in our mind without having to worry about immense time that is needed to be spent on coding

  ### 8. The best nocode tool in the world

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Space W. | Diretor na Agência - No Codes, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Everything is simple and didactic. Very fast learning and excellent performance. The fluidity of things, the simple and powerful database.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

The only thing I wish Bubble had is a place to organize custom states, better. In Power apps, for example, there is a variable organization tab.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble is the solution for all spreadsheets. It's ideal for any company and we're happy to be able to help other companies manage their business better.

  ### 9. Bad UI but great functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

I like that Bubble.io allowed me to create a front-end and log-in system for a logic and Database that I built in Airtable. However in Airtable it is hard to manage multiple users acessing and writing different data.
Thats why tools such as Softr and Stacker have emerged. But those tools are very restricted, so I used Bubble and also benefited from the many third-party Plugins available in the Bubble system.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

It took me several attemps before I really got warm with Bubble. The beginning is just not that much fun. Furthermore, the UI just looks very old and unprofessional at times. But everything works fine, so it does not really matter too much.
Furthemore, the connection with Airtable could be better. Everything works, but sometimes I have to use some work-arounds.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a front-end for my user to interact with a logic that I created in Airtable and with Make.com. Furthermore, it solves log-in and user management for me.

  ### 10. Superficially great but beneath the surface is a chaotic black box

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

=Great no code tool
=super customizable *theoretically*

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Black Box; terrible documentation and support
Too many critical functions work in a counter-intuitive manner without any heads-up about such "bugs" - without Petter Amile it would be a complete shit show.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a no-code solution. In terms of benefit, the jury is out on whether Bubble's overhead (closed environment, server speed, hours and hours of wasted time due to their black box and nonexistent documentation etc.) is really less than coding the website.

**Official Response from Rosalie Chang:**

> Hi Jacob,

I'm sorry to hear that our documentation and Support under-delivered for you (although yes, we too agree that Petter Amlie is fantastic!). We'd certainly love to help resolve any outstanding issues you are encountering.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team with any questions or feedback – any additional detail about your experience will help us to improve our product experience for you, as well as other Bubblers.

  ### 11. Used as the main development platform for my agency, AppEDGE UK

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AppEDGE... U. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble is exceptional at what it does. I have a lot of experience building client projects with it and haven't really found any limitations. It's very powerful - whether it's designing pages, building frontend or backend workflows, or integrating with other systems, it's all possible. It's incredibly impressive how quickly one can complete many complex tasks. The user interface is good, deployment and hosting is straightforward, and they have an excellent support team and community. Can't recommend it enough. Please look us up if you need an MPV or full product built.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

There should be affiliate/reseller incentives for agencies.

Need to be able to switch server location to UK/EU, although I know this is on the roadmap.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid development of web apps and MVPs.

  ### 12. Dark payment practices, difficult to deal support, product doesn't work and will not refund

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket S. | CEO - InVideo, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The product just doesn't work. Also, I had canceled the account - However they still charged me. They have dark billing patterns - for eg:You just cannot downgrade account - It is silly practice

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Customer support is not helpful. They don't understand the issues - I will try and upload the screenshots of the problem in the next few steps. But product is ridiculous to use.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product doesn't work - super complex, build quality is very poor. I wanted to build an internal tool, but this app is bad.

**Official Response from Rosalie Chang:**

> Hi Sanket,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with our platform and Support. I touched base with the team and was relieved to hear that the miscommunications surrounding billing have already been resolved. We kindly ask you to update or remove this review, and appreciate your timely cooperation and feedback in advance.

If there is anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again!

  ### 13. Fun product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

It's just fun to use. It works well with the way my brain works. It's intuitive. High performance. Responsive support team. Active and knowledgeable community.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Some things are much more difficult to do compared to traditional methods. There are times when I could write a SQL statement in no time but it takes a lot of trial and error in Bubble. That's not the fault of the product and if I need that kind of control I could do it the old school way. The trade off is well worth it for my product at this phase.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to prototype quickly and create a real world functioning product that is generating revenue. It's reliable and performant.

  ### 14. For developers, this is likely slower than prototypeing with code

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

No code for UI elements, very simple editor with no noticeable bugs. Decent documentation and community. Plugin development was do-bale and free plan got me to a prototype.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

- Cost money to add team members to project
- Is not compatible with npm packages or react components, making development of anything serious very challenging (doable since you can just use vanilla script)
- Plugins on the marketplace are not open source, could easily have malicious code so they cannot be trusted with sensitive user information
- Unclear how to migrate off Bubble Auth, so never started with it. Implementing non-Bubble auth was challenging to figure out

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you have a very simple web app you want to prototype or if you have no development experience, this may speed up your time to prototype. If you can code, this will probably just slow you down

  ### 15. Knowledge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sina S. | Senior Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Everything impossible when we know how do working and how do in but this one and this two is different things to be have of the some movitaion and surrender ok?

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

This for work of all of human that know about in self then know what is at to be one or another things to be or should nothing to know to be that impossible to be none

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

True ways to be understanding situations to make part of knowledge to be source the information to be other that know how many things happen when in did it be that

  ### 16. Excellent option when creating prototypes, POCs, and general web applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

I was a Visual Basic developer in the 1990s and early 2000s. Although you could create business objects, etc, VB's event drive nature allowed you to get things done without a CompSci degree. Well, Bubble has done that with the web. Watch a few YouTube videos from the ecosystem and you will be on your way.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

They have changed the plans a few times since I have started. Nothing has gotten in the way of being productive though.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for a non-traditional web developer to create solutions that work, scale, and are fit for purpose at a fraction of the cost.

  ### 17. Easy solution for a MVP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

You can immediately start using it productively from day one.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

The system is closed. And you have no security that their terms may change or pricing may rise.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing ideas quickly.

  ### 18. I'm a french No Coder who help startup Maker to create their MVP

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Create quickly web app and core features

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

The new pricing with the WU system has a lot impact in building with bubble

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ability to create complex technical product without coding skills

  ### 19. We've built a successful business on Bubble as a platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Significantly reduces the barriers of entry to building a software product.
Much easier to learn than coding.
Reduces development time to 20-40% of coding.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Lacking some enterprise features.
The version control system is not mature.
Expensive to host outside the USA.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble helps us build Web Applications more efficiently.

  ### 20. A True No Code Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble.io is a flexible and feature-rich platform with a great community and a fantastic support team that allows you to build web apps, APIs or it can just be used as a Database

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

It can be a bit challenging to start with, but the available lessons, manual and boot camps can help you bridge that gap quickly

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows non-tech and citizen developers take an idea to app fairly quickly and cost effectively

  ### 21. Just beginning. Less than a year and self-motivated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JOSÉ JERÔNIMO B. | Aposentado, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

A way to develop all with no code in faster time

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

It has no manual that guide you through design tasks

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A short time to design, test and release systems.

  ### 22. Most Robust No-Code Web-App / Server Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robby F. | Head of Growth

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The most robust and comprehensive web-app platform builder on the planet. You can build just about anything with it.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

They have some small issues with external APIs such as the SQL Connector plugin for external databases limiting to only 200 rows (which can actually be circumvented in a very funny way) - or their API connector not returning raw_data which is just sad.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating web-apps and SaaS platforms, automating tasks, creating APIs and running servers.

  ### 23. There’s nothing like Bubble for NoCode!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Narayan M. | CEO, Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The versatility of Bubble is unimaginable and can possibly build anything! If anything is missing, integrate it using Bubble's API connector. There's nothing like Bubble.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Nothing really to dislike in Bubble and all works well most times and nothing is missing. My specific user case , an option to connect phpmailer through API.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves most of our requirements in connecting travel agents with suppliers resulting in greater productivity for everyone and increasing the performance of businesses

  ### 24. Bubble is EPIC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** bk n. | Founder & CEO , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Easy to use and had a lot of functionality. We built an application in a few days

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

I am struggling to find something I do not like about bubble

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to build our app prototype in a few days

  ### 25. Bubble, tool of a new era.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo S. | Proprietário, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

As a complete tool, it allows me to create robust, complete and highly complex applications. Following traditional methods I would never be able to create my systems in the time and with the rubustes that Bubble allows me to do. Creating smart and beautiful systems made me a "Bubble Lover".

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

I don't know. Today Bubble serves me well.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability, agility and optimization. Enabled me to enter the web and SaaS software development market;

  ### 26. Powerful Tool for Creating Software Applications of All Kinds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble as a tool is a true partner to your creativity. What I mean is that when you have an idea in your mind of what you want to build, it's very possible to do so quickly.

For example, as I write this, the G2 site has a progress bar that is filling in until I meet the character minimum for a review. If I wanted to integrate a feature like that into my form inputs on Bubble, easy, draw in the progress bar into the interface and set it up to calculate the % of current characters versus the minimum required.

I also like how you can achieve multi-platform app experiences pretty seamlessly. Meaning, that you create one database and it serves desktop and mobile experiences simultaneously. If a user makes updates, saves a few things on the app's web version, it will immediately show up on their account in the mobile app because of how databases work in Bubble. This setup is standard for every platform out there, Airbnb, Spotify, Whatsapp. You add a song to your playlist on the mobile app and boom, it's in your web browser's playlist 2 seconds later.

I think others overestimate the difficulty in creating mobile apps with Bubble. No it's not perfect, and no, it may not even be the technology stack you want 5 years from now. But that stack is going to cost you $100,000s whereas Bubble is far cheaper for those looking to get started quickly with launching their product idea into the market and not worrying about their tech because Bubble has handled it all on the backend!

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Bit of a learning curve but that's hard to avoid in software development.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to create software applications and reach an audience with your idea.

  ### 27. Bubble is a great way to get started building web applications without code.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonard L. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble is set up intuitively, making it easy to program what you need for your applications. Quickly build pages that look good and are functional with dynamic groups and forms.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Some design elements take time to learn to use. Making a page responsive can take some time if there are a lot of elements on a page. Also Bubble could be a little faster.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble has made development accessible to me. The way that the codeless is set up makes it easy to develop functional pages without knowing how to code. It is powerful enough to handle large projects.

  ### 28. Solid platform to deliver MVPs, quick and painless.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Robust NoSql database with an "out of the box" REST API. It's easy to create, change and manage data models. I also like the new responsive engine for creating layouts.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

The app performance can't keep up with a traditional solution built from scratch in JS, or similar, but it's getting better.
I also wish it would be easier to embed and run external code. We use a lot of external APIs to create interactive maps or charts. The HTML element needs some work.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating fast prototypes and MVPs, we use Bubble quite a lot to test different ideas. I was also able to market smaller software solutions made in Bubble to clients.

  ### 29. Unbridled Power and Flexibility for Building Web Apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan K. | Manager, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Its flexibility. I know I can build practically any app within Bubble. I've built many apps with Bubble and have yet to find a task it can't do.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Performance and rending speeds could be a lot better

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble is the whole stack, so I don't have to rely on any other product to build my apps.

  ### 30. The Customer UNsucess King...

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos A. | Advogado, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Is a possible way of starting your business with no cost and there's more API compatibilities than it's competitors, if you get lucky going around it's bugs and doesn't happen to need any support.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

THEY DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER SUCCESS PROGRAM, absolutely none. They will basically tell you to sue them if you want what you paid for. Bubble is probably the worst tech company in terms of customer support.

They also give away fake trials to make you start paying before you have to. And if there's a bug on their side, they'll do nothing about it.

If you're starting a serious business using they're service, your project will be affected by bugs, and they have no intent on fixing it. They will just make you start another one, and won't give back the money you spent for nothing.

They made a mistake? You pay twice, and loose weeks of work. Sue them if you want, that's Bubble "customer success".

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble makes it possible to no coder to start tech businesses before you have the money to hire a decent team, and make it possible so you put it on air faster.

  ### 31. Bubble is where I designed my first App.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai Siddarth R. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The user interface and bubble's drag-and-drop functionality make it stand out. It is super easy to make an app on bubble. It changes the way IoT devices can be made functional. It also integrates with multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

With the drag-and-drop functionality comes less flexibility. When you are trying to accomplish more complex use cases, it becomes tricky. Still solved all simple use cases.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble helps me design apps for IoT devices. Bubble is super easy to get started with. I used it majorly for prototyping IoT devices.

  ### 32. Great, simple dev tool for web apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norbert K. | Strategy Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

I like simplicity, the whole concept of web-development without touching a keyboard.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

It's not so easy to understand how responsive visual design module works. It took much more time to me than learning database and workflows.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple, very fast prototyping, simple web development

  ### 33. Easy and Fast Development of WebApps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble.io is a no-code web app builder. They have a clean UI with a good process flow to make the work easier and smoother. A lot of backend processing is automated like SignIn, User Registration, EMail verification, Logout etc. It also has a lot of plugins which will make it further easier to build your apps.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

The pricing is generalized a bit high, It takes time to master bubble even though it's a drag and drop platform, having a basic coding HTML/CSS understanding would help to learn it more easily.

**Recommendations to others considering Bubble:**

For a quick and easy development of your proof-of-concept, go ahead with bubble

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Bubble, we can build a complex app in a matter of time since it has a lot of work already automated with a lot of other plugins. This helps develop proof-of-concept or MVP apps very easily and quickly.

  ### 34. Web Application Project Workflow Management in our Enterprise with Bubble is Fantastic!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraja V. | Senior Developer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

I like working with Bubble's user interface as its simple and aesthetic platform. Its customization features are superb for modifying icons, links, html elements, and floating groups. Installing plugins from its Marketplace enhances our visual elements giving them distinctive recognition among our clients. Creating rules, sequencing task items and managing repetitive web logic are tailored thanks to Bubble's framework.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Since it's quite new platform, hence the learning curve to use its extensive plugins would take considerable time. Building web application based on our customer requirements is satisfactory as a senior back-end developer in my organization.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Bubble to organize our project workflow, and since it offers great flexibility, we are able to cope with complications involving task intersections. Since many action items come under the same workflow, conflicts are pretty common, but Bubble provides distinct labeling for our elements to categorize our project activities. Also, we can track our KPI on a real-time basis, which is critical in analyzing task allocation to our team members. Its various API integrations allow workflow customization in a unique way that is appealing to our clients and gains their recognition.

  ### 35. Its a great tool!

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The possibility of having the front end and the back end in one place

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Not having direct access to the orginal code.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed me to create an application with which to start a business without having to hire a team of engineers.

  ### 36. The best product to build an MVP or even a fully functioning business app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 🎙️ Akshay D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

1. It's very intuitive to use
2. There is a great library of ready to use templates that you can just plug and play
3. There is a community around it so you can find help and support when needed

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

It's not easy to find developers skilled at using bubble to build web apps because it is a relatively new platform. You will need to pay almost double of what you would pay to developers of mainstream platforms like wordpress etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Bubble:**

Either invest significant time to learn how to build using bubble (completely worth it in my view) or find a good agency to help you use bubble

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a hiring business and I wanted to scale up the way in which we manage the relationships with candidates. Using bubble we were able to build a self service interface for jobseekers.

  ### 37. Excellent value for what's received.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirk T. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble hosts. It's an all-in-one solution

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Grid options are not great. Bubble seems to be built more for only small amounts of data, while data-centric internal apps are harder to fit to different screen sizes.

**Recommendations to others considering Bubble:**

Start at the foundation - your data. If your database is not designed properly, it will affect everything down the line - most notably application speed. Lauch quickly, don't include every feature. Let your audience tell you what you should do next - they might surprise you.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social media site, equipment tracking, inventory, home-grown project management app. All without any back-end programming or infrastructure to worry about.

  ### 38. The most game changing tech company/product since the Apple/iPhone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan T. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble is opening up true software development to everyone in the world. My company/product would be almost nearly impossible to be built/operational without Bubble. Bubble automates all of the complexity of web devleopment behind the scenes so that you can actually focus on building what matters, and not get caught up in the stuff that developers simply don't want to do.

But perhaps the most transformational aspect of Bubble is that it opens up skillsets/abilities that you never thought you had. You can grow more as a person using Bubble on your own than in any other professional endeavor or career path.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

No native mobile app support yet, but I'm sure that's coming soon. Once they have that and make the UI more slick/fast, it'll be truly unstoppable.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some freezing in the editor UI but will be fixed in time.

  ### 39. Best tool I have ever used

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Allowed me to go from not being able to build anything to a complete email marketing SaaS in 3 Months.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

There is no CMS system for creating SEO efficient blogs and a few minor things here and there.

**Recommendations to others considering Bubble:**

Don't waste your time with anything else.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating products is so much easier and cheaper and faster with bubble.

  ### 40. Great platform for doing amazing stuff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Even as a beginner, you can get pretty far with this NO-Code-Platform. If you put effort into it and go through their tutorials and videos, which by the way, are great, you can in no time become a minor expert. I haven't done the Academy yet, but as soon as I find time, I will. I only have basic knowledge of PHYTON, and still, I was able to build a website with a database interacting with customers through forms and lots of more cool stuff.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

There is not a thing right now that comes to mind that I dislike.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I build an interactive website. So far, I have reached stage one, and there is, by far more possible, and I am still learning. The main benefit is that one can do amazing stuff with only basic knowledge of databases and programming. No knowledge is maybe possible, but you will end up with a drag-and-drop website builder only.

  ### 41. Great tool for rapid development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Bubble brings together front and backend development services together in a simple, easy to use but powerful environment. It sells itself as a 'no code' environment, but it has enough power to be very useful for those who have an understanding of code, and with an extensible environment via APIs, it brings a lot of flexibility. In other words, its great both for amateurs and professionals. By bringing the frontend and backend together into one place, it makes it very easy to evolve an application - to rapidly experiment and to test out approaches with little development cost. One can do in weeks what would take months via normal full stack development.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Bubble is quite a new tool, and they need to put a lot more work into the interface - the workflow tools that control the scripting can soon become difficult to manage. Currently you can only copy and paste one item at a time, which can make for some tedious work, whilst variables that are stored against elements can very easily become difficult to find. They have an interesting challenge ahead - they need to keep the amateur happy but they also need to keep the power user happy. Will be interesting to see how it develops!

**Recommendations to others considering Bubble:**

Do the tutorials - there's lot on YouTube - and get your head around the logic behind Bubble rather than just asking in the forum how to do some specific feature. If you make the effort to learn the logic, so many things will become straightforward to do.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im developing my own MVP for a digital service.

  ### 42. No-Code is the future of programming, creating a new job market and empowering people to be CTOs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reginald A. | Full Stack Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

What I like best about Bubble is that they've made it easier for non-technical people to break into the world of programming and technology to build their ideas on their own. Bubble's community is easily one of the most welcoming, encouraging, and helpful communities out there, with its members eager to help each other overcome new and exciting challenges that come with exploring new technologies. As part of the community, I've met people from all walks of like, who would have never pursued programming due to their own self doubt, become incredibly capable and technologically competent No-Code developers, either launching their own businesses or changing careers entirely to become a freelance No-Code developer. No-Code is the future of programming.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

There is very little to dislike about Bubble. For the most part, the platform is constantly updated to make No-Code even better, and the team behind the scenes is passionate about helping people become their own CTO/Developer. One minor complaint I would have is that sometimes changes are made to their backend that I personally feel did not need to be changed. For instance, once you create a project with a particular name, even if you delete the project, you cannot reuse the same project name. However, because most people will be linking their Bubble app with a custom domain, this is not too bad.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found Bubble while trying to hire a developer to build an Uber for Tech Support style app. While people loved my idea, I could not afford anyone's rates. I tried to get into traditional coding languages like Python to build the app, but it felt like there was too much to learn and not enough time. I randomly googled "Build apps without code" and found Bubble. I was initially skeptical at the premise of no-code. But, after learning the platform, in just a few months, I had gone from not knowing much about programming and development to having several functioning iterations of my idea. I realized the benefits of Bubble was that it could empower non-technical people to quickly learn a version of programming that would allow them to build any idea they wanted and in a shorter amount of time.

  ### 43. It saves time while building most of the dynamic web apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry S. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The new responsive engine that they added to their platform. It makes building an app so much easier especially if one is a backend developer

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

It has everything I can think of when it comes to building apps.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble has helped me build apps faster, and I also earn more through it.

  ### 44. Great no code platform. A must try !!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu G. | Sr. Business Analyst , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The interface is straightforward to understand. With no prior experience in coding, I was able to learn it very fast and create solutions easily. It is great for testing ideas and building MVPs. The pricing of the platform is also very competitve to others in the market which makes it a cost effective solution as well. Any startup founders looking for a tech solution, should definitley try it and build upon their success. Highly recommend the platform. Great work done by the bubble team.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

The direct support or tutorials if you are struck are less, but that is improving, and I find that gradually it will be better. There are relatively less applications which can be directly integrated with the app. Apart from this there is not much to dislike, the platfrom is great

**Recommendations to others considering Bubble:**

Try the platform for all your needs; it can be essential at an individual level and an enterprise level. I would recommend people to use this fantastic product

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been internally able to build quick solutions to show our clients without taking much help from the tech team. The platform is an excellent source for a quick turnaround also. We have leveraged the product both at the personel level and at an enterprise level. We are creating our own website platform using the platform and will be using it to launch our product soon

  ### 45. We've been able to build a fully fledged app, and the Bubble support team is fantastic.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

It is incredible how much time and funds Bubble.io has saved us. From the few quotes we gathered before commiting to Bubble, if we got our app done traditionally, we would have easily spent upwards of 25x of what we spent developing on Bubble. The no-code workflows are pretty in-depth, so the sky is the limit with the app's functions, but at the same time, they are easy to understand. While we did outsource some development to Bubble pros, there are many tweaks a 'normal' person can do without too much time commitment to learning - as their learning resources are on point, quick and easy to follow. The plugin and template marketplace is also helpful, and most questions or issuses people faced have already been answered by the community on the forums.
We encountered a bug a few months after launch with some unsolvable issues occouring from no where, which prevented from publishing the app. We found a workaround, but to my pleasent suprise, when reporting the bug, the Bubble team got back to us and didn't just give us an automated response. They actually looked into the problem personally.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

The responsive design element of the no-code solution is the only thing that in my eyes prevents the product from being perfect. It is very finicky and inconsistent from my experience. I see the potential in what they did with the ai element of it, where it is easy to use for any user, but I would love the option to have more control, and have it done like it is in Webflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Bubble:**

Take with a grain of salt from a graphic designer's perspective - I think the UI design/responsive side of Bubble, makes it difficult to create a beautiful web design. It also lacks a native CMS.
I recommend using Bubble for all your functionality and the app, but have a separate front-end website for all your SEO and marketing purposes. As soon as someone clicks "Sign-up" you can direct them to your Bubble app.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency, we cut down on time wasted in 'communication hell' by creating our own platform for all project management and client communication. The client dashboard we created additionally makes our service more premium, desirable, and churn rates have dropped significantly because of it.

  ### 46. Great for non-technical founders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mantas G. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

TLDR: no-code could be the only solution for non-technical people, wanting to start their own business, and Bubble's niche is being the most powerful of them, while admittedly being a bit more difficult to learn (let's say 3 months vs. 1 month).

Bubble let me, a non-technical founder, create a product with a comparatively low learning curve (higher than some other less capable no-code solutions, but much lower than learning how to code).

After learning for a few months with a few ideas, I am now transitioning into first testing (had no previous development experience) after 1-1,5 months of development with my current project, while working by myself (including design).

In comparison, I was thinking about how to start a business for a few years, was very hung onto developers setting outrageous demands and my cofounder (also non-technical) spent huge sums of money for something I can make myself now.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Could do with being easier to use to create and iterate designs (think Figma or XD).

I still use Figma to make my designs and only transfer the final design to Bubble. Also, some things come with the territory of being a broader and more powerful tool. For example, in Bubble, you get a clean canvas and can do whatever, while using some other no-code tools, you get finished elements, which snap into place. This way you get speed and ease of use, but I tried doing something more intricate in those tools, and Bubble seems to win this race for now.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble solves me (a non-technical founder) now being able to create software, which lets me start a business.

  ### 47. great programming software. I am new to this so I need something as simple as possible.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | o, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

I like best the ease of programming and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Can take a while to use all the features.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

writing an app that incorporates all the video and websites I have.

  ### 48. Mostly great except when it's not

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

The ability to rapidly create and deploy functionality is amazing - on good days I can get done in a few hours would take a team of 5 people (BA, Devs, QA) a week or more.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Several things:
1) things that used to work suddenly break without warning and the resolution is sometimes bubble fixing a bug or me having to spend hours redoing something that worked
2) sometimes you are just swimming up stream - something you want to do just seems to be "anti-bubble" and you have to hunt for work-arounds
3) silly things are missing - for example, for years there was no built in way to format JSON. There are no variables in backend workflows. You can't send multiple values to a custom event.
4) The responsive mode is a nightmare
5) When there is an issue, getting support isn't as easy as it could be

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have built 2 game changing MVPs for my company single-handedly on Bubble. We learn from them and then build a version 2 with more traditional approaches. I'm working on #3.

  ### 49. Great for building prototypes quickly and testing in the real world to get feedback.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathaniel D. | Head Of New Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

I like that the possibilities are endless once you get past the learning curve. You can really do anything with Bubble

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Dealing with responsiveness is a pain, would love it if it were easier. A way of creating breakpoints would be great.

If the extensibility of Bubble, the design characteristics of Webflow, and ease of Wix could combine... that would be great.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly I am building prototypes using API or just quickly spinning up an idea to see if I can make money from it. Being able to quickly spin up working prototypes recently landed me my new job.

  ### 50. Account Management and App Management is quite poor. Will change my review if resolved.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Bubble?**

Great app development environment, but billing was confusing. If I terminate an app early it should just leave money in credit.

**What do you dislike about Bubble?**

Account and app management. should be better.

**What problems is Bubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was hoping to do rapid app development
