**What do you like best about Bruin?**

Bruin portal is a ticketing tool which can auto generate tickets when we integrate with any monitoring tool like Orchestrator, where any event is generated we can make that trigger a ticket in Bruin portal with assigned people to work on them.

**What do you dislike about Bruin?**

Bruin sometimes fails to send out an email when there is an update in the Bruin ticket, also the portal is slow when compared to others. Should've been better UI so that it would be easy to followup or create a new ticket in the portal.

**Recommendations to others considering Bruin:**

If affordable and having an upgraded environment then Bruin would be recommended for the automation of the incident reports.

**What problems is Bruin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can maintain an inventory as well which woud help in creating a ticket based on the device id in the inventory. We can have the history of the tickets as well for the particular asset id.

**What do you like best about Bruin?**

Bruin makes the telecommunication billing easy. It helps in payment of bills timely , assists on the support tickets and also helps in saving on the bill by letting us know if there is any extra component in bill. Moreover it's paperless.

**What do you dislike about Bruin?**

There is not much to dislike but they improve on the graphical interface part. The user can see more interactive charts and dashboard and more filters can be added to boost it's productivity.

**What problems is Bruin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reducing our infrastructure costs with the help of bruin. It also helps in finding out the extra costs that are sometime added in the bill and goes unnoticed.

**What do you like best about Bruin?**

One thing which I like most about bruin is it helps me to track finance in simple steps. The user attachment and look and feel is one which I like most about it.

**What do you dislike about Bruin?**

Employee profile management is one thing which I didn't like in this product. Because it's noy managed properly.

**Recommendations to others considering Bruin:**

I would tecommend users to use bruin, if they want to mange vendor cost dealing with telecommunications.

**What problems is Bruin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currenty we are trying to track vendor cost for telecommunication part using this as well as looking forward to manage finances wisely.

**What do you like best about Bruin?**

Its easy to use and excellent support which claim to do migration in few days.
Cloud native support .
For end users it's like software as a service.

**What do you dislike about Bruin?**

It's should extend or add more functionality like vendor social network connect, full track of ticketing system.

**What problems is Bruin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was working for one telecom client and some of my colleague are using it and they mention it really save their time in device management form ordering to support.

It's simple and way easy to simplify your finance and operations. It's so easy to migrate your current data imports
