"Been using Brosix for over 10 years for my clients"

What do you like best about Brosix?

It's simple, private and secure. Unlike Skype there's nothing else to distract you. Brosix has all the features you need to be able to communicate, assist and work with clients. What do you dislike about Brosix?

I would say the support could be a little better and maybe have a live chat. I've not needed to use it much but when I have it's not been the best and it can take a little too long when it's urgent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Chat platform"

What do you like best about Brosix?

I like how it saves all the history on the app or online and you are able to use it anywhere. Also that you are able to do screen share and make calls to other users and do video calls. Also the security part of it as I can control who can chat with who and also monitor the chats to make sure my staff is not chatting about personal stuff with each other and wasting time at work. The best part is that I have full control on the paid version and I also use it for my clients to communicate with my staff and I have full access to see everything. What do you dislike about Brosix?

I can't say there is anything that I don't like about it as it has all the features that anyone would want from a secure chat platform, I guess if it cost even less it would be better. Maybe if they had an admin app so its easier to monitor everything that would make it better because I haven't seen one yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Brosix:

Use it and see what you think, it has really helped my company out in organization. Especially if you have employees that are in communication with your clients. We are solving the problem of communicating as a team without having to use different systems. "Great and secure messenger for office communication."

What do you like best about Brosix?

The ease of use and efficiency. Easy to share documents and communicate. Also like the emojis that are provided on brosix, it helps make the work environment fun and alive. Also like the ability to screen share makes solving problems as a team much easier. The nudge tool is great because it gets your attention right away if it is important. What do you dislike about Brosix?

The update installations that messes up the setup and have to battle it for a good 15-20 min to get back up and running. Also would like to be able to hold video meetings as a group like Skype, Google Duo, or Google Meet. It would allow us to only use this platform and not use others for our group meetings. What problems is Brosix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easier to communicate with the office staff. File sharing simple and efficient. Definitely like that we can communicate with each other while being on the phone with a client. We used to be in the same office and we have all moved to separate locations and still communicating with this software. When it's time to update, webpage reminders pop up repeatedly until you update. Can be annoying if you are in a meeting.
