## About Broken Here
Broken Here is a bug reporting and website feedback tool for agencies and product teams. The people who find bugs are usually clients, colleagues or customers, not developers. Broken Here lets them report a bug from the page it's on, and gives your developer everything needed to fix it. How it works: a small button sits in the corner of your site. The reporter clicks it, points at the element that's wrong and writes one sentence. No account, nothing to install, and reporters aren't counted on your plan. The ticket arrives in your tracker with the URL, the clicked element, browser, OS and viewport, JavaScript errors, failed network requests and a screenshot with the element outlined. Nobody has to ask "which browser?" or "can you send a screenshot?" again. Safe on a live site: request headers, cookies, query strings and console.log are never recorded. Passwords and any field you choose are blurred before the screenshot leaves the browser. Request bodies are off by default, and when turned on they are only kept for failed calls to your own API, with card numbers and passwords redacted. The widget is 18 kB and loads after your page. Reporters get a status link and can follow their report from Reported to Resolved, with your replies, so nobody writes in asking for news. Agencies can give clients a free login to see every report on their own sites, and file a whole review round as one ticket. Optional: hand a report to an AI agent, which opens a pull request linked back to the report. Install with one script tag or the WordPress plugin. Free for one site; paid plans are priced per site, not per seat.
