I like that there is a very close support system from the BrightEdge team, whom are always there to answer our questions, should they arise with the BrightEdge product, throughout each week and through our bi-weekly sessions. I like most that the platform is intuitive and easy to use. Having integrations with Google Search Console and Google Analytics helps a lot too. The pricing is not too bad and I'm glad that we can negotiate things with our Account Manager to ensure the best pricing packages for our company. The performance of our keywords since using BrightEdge have been a great testament to the organic SEO improvements and recommendations that BrightEdge has guided us with since we started with the platform. Furthermore, their latest AI Catalyst and CoPilot content writing tools help magnanimously with our content creation suggestions and keyword and text refinements across our whole website. It can become a bit messy and hard to see which area is best to focus and work on. These make it a bit less likely for us to log in frequently on a daily basis. I use BrightEdge for a variety of tasks, including site audits and content creation. A standout feature for me is the ability to extract specific errors related to AI search, which is valuable in today's SEO landscape. I find using Copilot very handy for addressing small SEO problems and even for handling full pages on our website. I personally like Data Cube X a lot because it allows me to compare with competitors in search and see what kind of keywords they are targeting to attract customers. Once our Customer Success Manager (CSM) went through the general use and lessons on how to use the platform, setting up notifications and other functionalities was smooth and straightforward. I use BrightEdge to monitor and track our company's SEO and GEO rankings. The platform does a great job of trending the Brand's visibility on search engines. It helps track fluctuations in rankings at an enterprise scale and provides recommendations for improving visibility and driving more traffic to the website. Its automated dashboards help our team isolate and triage problems and resolve them. I find it reliable in tracking the key metrics and appreciate the near-real-time updates. The OnCrawl feature has been very helpful in resolving technical website issues and challenges. The Data Cube X feature provides great visibility to the competitive landscape and the SERP features. I’ve been using BrightEdge for the past eight years for our hospital’s website. Our customer service representative supports us and guides us on the best SEO practices for our site. What do you dislike about BrightEdge? I wish it allowed me to follow more than just three competitors websites.
