I did not have to deal with robotic replies, rather a person was always available to assist me and my team throughout our course with breachlock. **What do you dislike about Breachlock?** The free vulnerability scans that come along with a test could only be run once every month. An option to run the scans as and when needed could have been better. Info is accessible at all times using their web platform. Re-tests and false-positives are baked into their website. **What do you dislike about Breachlock?** Lots of duplicates and false-positives to filter out after receiving a report. Web-scanner in particular reported a lot of false positives or overly aggressive vulnerabilities. Steps to reproduce were also not provided up-front for many items, involving a lot of support back-and-forth to determine root causes. Finally, the website isn't all that great. It's slow, the sorting/filtering on the vulnerabilities is clunky and inconsistent, and support features don't seem to integrate to the web-scanning results like they do for regular vulnerabilities.
