It was a good experience **What problems is Brandwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We engaged Brandwise to develop campaigns for our retail locations in order to encourage client interaction and to compile a customer database using their ground-breaking QR scan method. The campaigns are easy to deploy and analytics is real-time. Insights reports are very important for us to improvise our campaign in real-time. We used all the campaign features and gathered great customer engagement insights to build intelligence for marketing, retention strategies and reducing CAC. **What do you dislike about Brandwise?** As it is a B2B platform we do not expect much, however its UI can be improved.
