brainX Reviews & Product Details

brainX is a finance automation and CRM software solution that helps SaaS companies in the DACH region manage invoicing, customer relationships, cash flow, and financial reporting within a single integrated platform. It is designed for CFOs, CEOs, and finance teams at small to mid-sized SaaS businesses that need to consolidate fragmented tools and automate recurring financial workflows. Founded in Germany, brainX GmbH develops cloud-based software purpose-built for the regulatory and accounting requirements of the German-speaking SaaS market. The platform (brainX APP) combines finance automation, CRM functionality, and real-time reporting in one system. It supports German-specific compliance standards including E-Rechnung (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats) and offers native DATEV integration, enabling direct data handoff to tax advisors and accounting firms without manual export steps. brainX APP addresses a common operational challenge for growing SaaS companies: financial data is spread across multiple disconnected tools, making it difficult for decision-makers to get an accurate and timely picture of revenue, cash flow, and customer status. The platform connects CRM data, invoicing, payment tracking, and financial dashboards so that CFOs and CEOs can access consolidated, up-to-date information without manual consolidation. Key features and capabilities include: - Automated invoicing and billing with support for E-Rechnung (XRechnung/ZUGFeRD), recurring invoices, and payment reminders - Native DATEV integration for automated accounting data transfer to tax advisors and auditors - CRM module for managing customer relationships, deals, and communication history in one place - Real-time financial dashboards covering cash flow, open receivables, revenue trends, and forecasting - Jira Service Management integration enabling support ticket data to be linked directly to customer and billing records brainX APP is available as a fully hosted SaaS solution. It is primarily used by SaaS companies with 5 to 500 employees operating in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where compliance with local invoicing regulations and accounting standards is a core operational requirement.
