"Excellent Data Visualization and Analytics Tool"
What do you like best about Brainspace?

The visualization capabilities and ease of use. The product is very intuitive to use and administer. It processes the data quickly and efficiently. The system is also scalable so that it can expand in the long run by adding more build servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

With most technology software in this area of electronic discovery and data analytics, there will always be room for improvement. Upgrading the tool can cause things to break and customers end up losing valuable time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Analyze and convert data to visually appealing figures"
What do you like best about Brainspace?

After using Tableau and Power BI, Brainspace felt wonderful because of its user-friendliness yet ability to process huge data. The figures are interactive and thus help in deriving insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

The content of the "Training and Certification" can be made more exhaustive. Reveal mentions that the certificate can be completed in a day but it is not so. A basic course can be offered for free. At present for a 2.5 hour course, $500 is costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing data analytics platform"
What do you like best about Brainspace?

With headspace, we can finish multiple people's work by just one person. That is the best feature about this app as it cuts down time and cost while increasing the efficiency of the work being done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

It is a little complicated to understand in the beginning because we are used to Tableau. Also the course that is provided is very expensive. The basic one is however free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good, User friendly, Safe, Secure, Recommended"
What do you like best about Brainspace?

The underlying hardware runs on Linux, which means there are no crashes, there is also no downtime for patching, hardware doesn't need much maintenance. The software is intuitive, user-friendly, safe, and secure with a password. A quick overview of the entire company's data is possible, and it's effortless to locate important documents and label them. You will save money overall with its diverse applications, and it is an excellent investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

It is a supporting tool, and there are no gaps in its work. There are no significant issues; it works well. It is often required, but it doesn't support production using branding or redaction. A filter will be helpful to find the group for the data and also to cluster data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Supporting & User Friendly application"
What do you like best about Brainspace?

I have used this with relativity. It makes the reviewer's life easier. Also, it supports load files as well. It helps to save both time and money in business. Connecting to a third-party tool that we are already into (say relativity) is also a most significant advantage of not facing a switching cost. It can be added to the existing tools to enjoy its support. Instead of tagging the TBs of data, brain space enables us to train its brain a few times to identify the connections within the data to produce an efficient result which can be pushed or used to tag a huge data in the main tool to save potential time while reviewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

Being a supporting tool, it's doing its best. I don't see any drawbacks as of now. It's Good. However, if it has a review platform or basic processing options, it would have been helpful. Also, it doesn't support production using branding or redaction. While adding group for a particular data set, its really difficult to scroll down to find the group created & add to its data set. A filter will be helpfull to find the group and add accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly, good, safe, secure, compatible"
What do you like best about Brainspace?

I can explore topics of interest with a dynamic clustering visualization, amplify relevant terms with transparent Concept Search, also quickly understand human-to-human communication patterns, and train the machine to automatically recognize specific types of behavior and organize documents based on relevance. It is very user friendly and compatible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

None I can think of, Although filters would be better to sort the data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI the future of Litigation Technology"
What do you like best about Brainspace?

The conversation and communication analysis is unlike anything out here in the market. Using these features can reduce the amount of time it takes to identify key conversations during research. Having the integration with Reveal review software facilitates using all the analytics within both platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

The layout and features can be intimidating to users who are not as tech savvy. It can also be a little overwhelming for 1st time users. Though bell and whistles can be great eye candy they can sometimes be a little much for users new to ESI platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brainspace Provides an Analytic Overview that blows away the Competition."
What do you like best about Brainspace?

The underlying hardware runs on Linux, which means no crashes, no downtime for patching, minimal maintenance needed when it comes to the hardware. The software itself is intuitive, the gui's make for a quick overview of your data and it makes being able to find important documents rather easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brainspace?

The scale-ability at the moment is not where it needs to be when running big data through the system. The boot up sequence for cases is at random currently, meaning that if you need to reboot for any reason and would like to prioritize a database, you cannot currently. This is fine for smaller databases in smaller companies but using this in large environments makes for some issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
