The benefits have led to more streamlined processes in the work that i do. I really love the interface Brain Leaf has as it allows for creativity to solve data issues ### 2. Being able to secure a plan as a payroll collaborates too much when it comes time to cover a similar plan. United contracts are also a fantastic quality. You can even assign tasks to the people in your group to know who executes that. So, the system performs absolutely everything, from the conception of the plan to compliance and beyond. It even has profit documents and record specifications available. It is surprising for any digital company and will possibly save you thousands, if not many thousands, over the course of a year or so. **What do you dislike about BrainLeaf?** The system is a bit slow, especially if it has an extremely large link. It takes some time to understand how to use the entire system, but hopefully with an immense system like this. They have a good choice of chat support where you can communicate with a real person, which is really useful, in case something happens. **Recommendations to others considering BrainLeaf:** I have not seen any other system that performs what BrainLeaf does. Always keep in mind that it will not replace your plan management system. **What problems is BrainLeaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** BrainLeaf collaborates to solve the transfer of scope that is immense. It saves time and monetary value and helps people to avoid demands. It helped me realize how many specifications really should fit in a work environment and that I don't need to start from scratch once. ### 3. This is the only way to justify the value of the work received as well as the complexity of each project. The main benefit of this tool is that it sets clear goals and expectations for the agency as well as the client. **What do you dislike about BrainLeaf?** It's a bit buggy. They are working on the software making it more user friendly and they are working on some bugs that are frustrating like slow upload of templates but the team is super responsive. **Recommendations to others considering BrainLeaf:** If you think that your proposals are not converting as much as you would like, use BrainLeaf to justify the value of your work. **What problems is BrainLeaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides clear goals and expectations for the client, the team, and the agency. Being able to save a project as a template helps a lot when it comes time to scope a similar project. The built-in contracts are a really nice feature as well. You can even assign tasks to people on your team so you know who's dong what. Overall the system does everything from project conception to approval and beyond. It even has profit reports and billing details available. IT's a must for any digital agency and will likely save you thousands if not tens of thousands over the course of a year or so. **What do you dislike about BrainLeaf?** The system is a little slow, especially if you have a really big scope. It takes some time to learn how to use the whole system, but it's to be expected with a big system like this. They have a great chat support option where you can talk to a real person which is super helpful, just in case. **Recommendations to others considering BrainLeaf:** I haven't found any other system that does what Brainleaf does. Note that it won't replace your project management system. **What problems is BrainLeaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brainleaf helps solve scope creep which is huge. It saves time and money and helps people avoid lawsuits. It made me realize how much detail really needs to be included in a scope of work and that I don't need to start from square one each time. ### 5. I remember all the proposals I had to create during my marketing company days and how much time it took. Brainleaf would have saved me hundreds of hours if it had been around. **What do you dislike about BrainLeaf?** The tool is in Beta so there are some kinks being worked out, but the beta is free so I works out. They've done a tremendous job over the last 8 months improving and expanding the tool's power. **Recommendations to others considering BrainLeaf:** Be on the lookout for where BrainLeaf is heading. It's unique in the market place and likely to make a big splash because of how great a tool it is.
