From an IT administration point of view, BoxPhish is incredibly easy and simple to implement and maintain. The admin interface is clean and simple, and it is very straightforward to onboard users via a variety of automatic synchronisations/integrations (i.e. Azure AD groups, etc).

The end user perspective is equally simple and yet very effective - our users are given a BoxPhish course every 3 months and these are short and concise refreshers that do just the right amount to keep people aware and on their toes, security wise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't really anything to dislike at all!

From the start, the Boxphish team have been really helpful, and the support and communication provided from our account manager has been perfect. Setting up Boxphish is incredibly straight forward and it integrates into our Office 365 Tenant. As an organisation that seemed to excel in failing phishing simulations, we were recommended Boxphish by a trusted source and were sold after the initial web meeting.

Boxphish provides a very intuitive GUI and its very easy to be up and running with working simulations in no time.

We are running a 12 month schedule with automatically enrolled training, with the odd random simulation thrown in and we are happy with the results we are getting back.

How easy it has been set up for our small team, and how well it has been received by the team. Our team get really valuable insights from the training and simulations and we have a really good program in place with Boxphish to support our cyber security and training program. The product includes an extensive library of phishing simulation templates that we regularly send to our employees. The simulations are created as part of the learning journey and Boxphish place emphasis on not ‘catching people out’ but using simulations to educate employees. From day one, the Boxphish team have been fantastic. They didn’t just hand over a platform, they took the time to understand our staff, setup, and school schedule. Onboarding was smoother than a freshly wiped whiteboard, and support has been excellent ever since.

Boxphish is a great tool for keeping staff engaged with regular cyber awareness training.

The courses are short and relevant, and the realistic simulations make the learning practical and easy to understand. I also like that we can choose the training that best suits our business, and that staff are tested both after each course and through the simulations.

The portal is very easy to navigate, which makes it straightforward to assign training, track progress, and review the reporting. Admin support has been excellent whenever we’ve needed it, and the regular check-ins with our account manager help us stay up to date on new features.
