All of its features (especially inventory analysis and low stock reminder) are the most relevant for my work plan. Also, the mobile app is bug-free ... Yeh!! **What do you dislike about BoxHero?** The analysis feature is very limited. It would be great to have a forecasting module within the App. WIth this, it would move beyond just being a record-keeping app to one that bertter insights on inventory management. **What problems is BoxHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** The app solves two things for our company; a) very conveniently provides realtime access to data, on both desktop and mobile support b) provides an audit trail for data entry. That any changes on the system can be traced back and resolved. ### 6. It's a time saving tool, extremely easy to implement and easy to use by any of our staff. We are very happy. **What do you dislike about BoxHero?** A faster shortcut for stock out would make our life a bit easier. Another thing would be integration with WooCommerce, so we could immediatly manage our inventory through online sales. **What problems is BoxHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** We couldn't track our inventory through excel and not it works perfectly and we can control what is going in our warehouse extremely precisely. This application has been an immense help in effectively cataloging and monitoring our inventory system. I like the flexibility in how you can print and display the labels, allowing for deep customization in the appearance and function of printed labels. **What do you dislike about BoxHero?** Thus far, BoxHero has met my needs perfectly. I'm sure I'm not exploring the entire scope of features, but BoxHero has maintained its efficacy throughout implementation. **What problems is BoxHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** BoxHero allows my organization to accurately track incoming/outgoing inventory. We're able to set up low stock alerts and reminders so we're never blindsided by being out of a certain part or piece. We can accurately track our inventory, and allow multiple users at different organizational levels the ability to scan out their material. This has significantly reduced the number of inventory discrepancies. ### 10.
