Boulton AI Reviews & Product Details

Boulton AI is a business development platform for referral and handshake businesses. It helps firms that grow on relationships, such as accounting firms, fractional CFOs, consultancies, agencies and law firms, start conversations with the companies that fit them. The platform maps your entire market from the customer you describe, finds the right people at each company, and reaches them with relevant outreach. Every message is written for the person and company it goes to, using research on that company. Messages go out by email and from your own LinkedIn account, which you connect with LinkedIn's sign-in, so the platform never sees your password. You can preview every message first, and nothing goes out until you start a campaign. When people reply, the AI agent reads and sorts each reply, honors every opt-out, and suggests a response you approve. For the kinds of reply you choose, it sends its answer after a short countdown. You can hear about replies in Slack, and new conversations go to your CRM. Key features: - Your entire market mapped from the customer you describe - The right people at each company - Messages written for each person and company, by email and on LinkedIn - Preview every message before a campaign starts - Every reply read and sorted, with a suggested response you approve, or an answer sent after a short countdown for the reply types you choose - Slack reply alerts and new conversations sent to your CRM - Sending inboxes and domains set up and warmed for you, with conservative daily limits that protect your accounts and domains It is built for firms that want more new relationships than referrals alone bring, without putting their reputation at risk.
