BotDesk Reviews & Product Details

BotDesk is an AI chatbot and lead-capture widget for small and local business websites. The bot trains itself by scanning the business's website, then answers customer questions 24/7 — services, pricing, hours, availability — captures leads and booking requests after hours, and hands off to a human in live chat when someone on the team is available. Setup is a single embed snippet (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, Webflow) and takes about five minutes; no code or plugins required. Pricing is flat per month with unlimited conversations and the AI included — no per-message credits or per-resolution fees. Includes a team inbox with live takeover, lead webhooks, CSAT ratings, a multilingual widget (7 languages), and a white-label agency tier for freelancers and agencies managing client sites.
