The bot trains itself by scanning the business's website, then answers customer questions 24/7 — services, pricing, hours, availability — captures leads and booking requests after hours, and hands off to a human in live chat when someone on the team is available. Setup is a single embed snippet (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, Webflow) and takes about five minutes; no code or plugins required. Pricing is flat per month with unlimited conversations and the AI included — no per-message credits or per-resolution fees.
