Boongon Reviews & Product Details

Boongon is an enterprise resource planning platform that unifies finance, sales, procurement, inventory, projects, service, and payroll within a single data model. Approval rules and access controls are enforced at the database level to maintain governance. Actions are sequentially linked to create a tamper-evident audit trail for compliance and traceability. The platform operates through six interconnected modules. The Finance module traces figures to source documents, eliminating manual reconciliation. Sales and CRM automate data flow from quotations to invoices. Procurement and Inventory unify requisitions, orders, and invoices. Projects and Service link work to financial outcomes. Payroll posts directly to the general ledger. Ask Boongon, an AI layer, suggests documents that require human approval before posting. Multi-company consolidation supports entity-specific access, automatic intercompany eliminations, and two-step authentication at the database level.
