What we like most about Boomi Data Integration is how it simplifies and speeds up connecting different systems across our organization. It lets us quickly build, deploy, and manage integrations for critical business processes such as sales orders, customer data, and billing, without requiring heavy development effort. With Boomi Data Integration, we can handle high volumes of transactions while still maintaining clear visibility into process execution, which supports faster troubleshooting and stronger operational control. There isn’t much to dislike about Boomi Data Integration overall, since it meets most of our needs and generally works well. That said, in some situations debugging more complex processes can take extra time, especially when we’re dealing with large data volumes or multiple integrations at once. I’ve also found that certain advanced customizations can require more effort than the standard, simpler use cases. The people who work in Rivery are good people and friendly, which is most important! The attitude towards the customer and their needs is very important. We have a good relationship with various people in the team, and requests are being fulfilled. Also, when there are issues for which we needed help, we always received it with pleasure. It is a product that is always being updated and tries to fit the new needs in the market. The setup to the source system and overall is very fast, and it is a good product for fast development! There are some basic concepts that need to be improved to make it a better product:

1. More user-friendly error messages. This will also avoid opening unwanted support tickets.

2. There are basic variables in the processes that are missing and need to be like in any other ETL tools (file_name, path of filename, how many rows loaded and how many rows have been read).

3. Need to expand searches in the user support portal.

4. The support team needs to be expanded.

5. Documentation improvement.

Rivery dramatically shortens the development time. They automated and simplified the most common ETL challenges.

Rivery has a wide range of connectors to marketing platforms which has meant that we were able to connect to all platforms used at our company through a single tool and easily configure reports. Using Rivery for marketing APIs has really streamlined the process of pulling data from multiple marketing platforms and centralizing it for analysis and reporting.
