**What do you like best about BooknRide?**

Integrated with Paypal; can load up your BooknRide profile with funds so you won't have to pay cash. Simple app with no frills or unnecessary features. It definitely gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about BooknRide?**

Some of the text boxes and drop-down menus don't function properly. For example, when modifying a phone number, the drop-down menu for country code has no readily apparent sorting method.

It is a very user-friendly application. You can easily find a car and complete your journey. It is a good alternative for ride-sharing.

**What do you dislike about BooknRide?**

It is not as widely used as its' competitors. It would be more useful when it is spread.

**What problems is BooknRide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps find a cab quickly and saves time. Sometimes it offers cheaper options than its' competitors.
